I think Juan did that testimony brilliantly. Explained how the sites were put in the registry and truthful about Travis being on uporn (I believe JA told T that she put the tape on there). If Juan spent a lot of time on this he is just making it into a bigger deal than it should be! This has NOTHING to do with mitigation, does it?

Can anyone actually seriously explain how on a computer is relevant? Seriously what reason are the defense giving for making it relevant? I'm sure they must have given a reason no matter how far out there it is I'd love to hear it.

What it suggests --if it was even Travis -is that this poor viciously murdered man who has had every single detail of his private life made public and trampled on to fulfil his murderer's lust for revenge made the gigantic mistake of clicking on a pornsite that was put in front of him and that he looked for longer than 5 seconds because he had never seen before. And he didn't look for it afterwards.

He's already been called out in court for his relationship /questionable info transfers from MDLR, so why would he continue the relationship if he's going to be bothered by having a photo of himself taken while walking with her?

So Spybot "immunizes" the HD by injecting a dead version of the site to identify it should it pop up, to prevent an actual "outbreak of the virus" in the future. Spybot put everyone of these URL sites on Travis' computer on 5/28/08 when he installed it.
Jodi took a big risk when she alleged on the computer as the Spybot was just installed days before his death.

I believe JA was the behind the attack and love that she probably didn't know Travis had installed Spybot. IIRC, her little cramped bedroom and grandma and grandpa's house was loaded with books about computers.

You know that is not going to happen. The jury has to be so tired of it too, imo. Juan is up and to the point fast and then sits down.

Well, Travis is a pedophile. He likes grown women to dress up and sound like 12 year old girls and he masturbates to paper copies of pictures of little boys. So, there being (read kiddie ) on his computer meant that he was a vile person that Jodi had every right to murder. *sarcasm directed at defense team not the question*
