That's what I want to know. I just don't get it. Are the defense team saying that if I find porn on my husband computer I can stab and shoot him because he's bad for looking at it? Absolute nonsense and shouldn't even be allowed to be discussed in court.

So is MK going to tell us what was actually said to MDLR? Or do we just have to take his word for it (and the defense teams) that it was racist? Because frankly without proof I think they are lying/making a big deal out of something very minor.

I am to the point I don't care what MK is saying, I skip over his remarks. IMO he is the defense leak. IMO the picture taking with MK, MDLR and BK and anything 'said' was orchestrated by the defense or one or more of its members. Who is to say that one of the minions was not in the middle of the public crowd and yelled out some not so nice words. The picture just happened to have gone along with it...or maybe another minion under the disguise of Travis friend, took it and put in on the web. I will no longer comment about this...why give the defense, the felon, MK, and all of them satisfaction that they have started another 'hot topic'.

Also, the comments by some of the tweeters in the court room saying that the felon is 'looking around and makes eye contact with them and smiles or stares'....the felon is trying again to 'start' something so her 'defense lawyers' can write another motion. Just as tweeters report that the felon is giving 'eyes' to a juror. Just tricks anyone can see through. The felon will stop at nothing.

IMO

There are tweets that are contradicting one another as to who said something "racial" to MDLR. At first it was tweeted that it was the cane lady (the one that had Juan sign her cane). Then another tweet stated that it was a Mikal something. Now I did search for Mikal something on Facebook, did find her page and did find a photo of MDLR, Beth and what I assume to be MK (since I don't know what he looks like) talking together at the bottom of the courthouse steps.

As of right now I am not sure, nor have proof, of who said anything to MDLR....racist or otherwise.

Why doesn't JM make clear that no one knows who was using that computer practically ever!?!?

The State seems to concede that because the laptop was owned by a person that no one else ever touched it until after he died.

The only people who would know differently were the ones who either touched it or viewed someone else touching it.

Make Willmott prove that TA was the only person who ever used the laptop, and I mean ever.

Also call someone who used it and/or saw others using it.

The State calls Jodi Ann Arias to the stand.
