He could have written a treatise on whether or not Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. He could have the photos with Elvis and an alien baby. He could have had ANYTHING on his computer. Wilmott has asked some silly questions during this trial, but this has to be the silliest.

Not to mention that apparently there were many other photos found, probably from years back, but only 4 had any nudity. I'd like to know the number of other photos found, just for some comparison.

So if having pictures of nude bums are a form of according to Wilmott . . . . I am in big trouble! One morning my DH was standing at the kitchen sink in his underwear. There was a huge 5" hole in the butt - exposing his rear end. I started cracking up so hard I couldn't tell him so I snapped a picture with my phone and then showed him. He changes clothes @ work to get into his uniform, and his coworkers do the same. I didn't want one of his coworkers snapping a picture and posting it online and thought I should warn him. (plus it was just too funny). Still can't figure out how I didn't see that when folding laundry.

So let's see......Match. com was bad because Travis was a married man at the time and he was planning on stepping out with a mistress. Wait, that isn't correct. Ok, how about this.......Match. com was bad because Travis was in a committed relationship at the time and he was planning on stepping out with another woman. Wait, that isn't correct either. Hmmmm. Ok here we go.......Match. com is a NON issue because Travis was a single man looking for a wife and had no serious relationships with any other women at the time. Yep, I think I finally got it right on that last one.

I don't think JM needs to debunk computer for his case. I honestly think he's making the no- crystal clear for the sake of T's family and to exonerate Travis once and for all of the pedo and lies.

Isn't this just a shame, it's come to this in a sentencing retrial of a convicted murderer in a US courtroom? Sigh. So, they proved there were 4 nudes on a murder victim's computer, after ja left. Arguing how they got there. And because of this, it's a mitigating factor? Sigh.

ITA, about who cares if there was actual (but no evidence there was), but even if TA (Or CMJA for that matter) sat and looked at it for hours at a time, it's a mitigator for his murderer? No, it isn't, and worse - it's not even there.
FYI - the first time I went to BK site, I got like have a dozen 'dating' type ads, some of them really questionable - I promise, I didn't go to any of them, but my computer will show that image was on my screen (and for quite a while). This is all nonsense, IMO

Maybe it's a good thing after all that so many schools are getting rid of art classes. That way our kids can say they've never seen a picture of a naked person -- like Michelangelo's David or something. Up till now, I always thought the disappearance of music and art from our schools was bad.

It angers me when our puritan society even edits exhibitions of ancient artwork as if we were children.

Defense must be going after one juror that finds evil, or satan's work...or willing to make some moral judgement.
