And if he had would the defense not be bringing it up as well? They aren't bringing the dating sites up because of them not being for Christians to meet. They are bringing them up to "prove" that Travis was a woman user that was trolling dating sites to find his "victims".

What this cross tells me is that it was JODI that was INTO . If it was a big deal to Travis he would have visited often.

Travis and JA were not married, were not engaged, were not living together. Travis was a single male who was free to date, have sex with, as many women as he wanted to.

Certainly possible; however, I still believe the seminal (ahem) points are:

1. There is no proof of child as alleged by the especially cruel murderess,
2. No one can prove who downloaded/viewed (or didn't) anything on the victim's laptop while he was alive -- ever, and most importantly,
3. None of it is mitigating in any way, shape, or form.

I thought this phase of the trial was supposed to be the especially cruel guilty murderer offering evidence to support her mitigation claims.

Instead, by highlighting her cruelty, she's affirming the previous jury's guilt findings.

AND re-victimizing the true Victim. Travis Victor Alexander.

Not to mention doling out 4+ months of cruel and unusual punishment for INNOCENT jurors.
