This may be "old news" and the link cannot be posted here, but MDLR has gone on the "offense" !

Per the site that cannot be named here, MDLR's attorney sent a letter to a certain reporter to "... cease and desist all defamation of MLDR's character and reputation."

And this "certain reporter" is not MK :wink:

So by "certain reporter" that doesn't mean "author" does it? It could be Jen from trial diaries maybe? I just hope not Paul Sanders

I'm surprised Wilmott hasn't suggested to Det. Brown that TA could have also deleted website URLs, emails and other pertinent information relating to Sportsbooks in Las Vegas because TA not only had a gambling problem but was also heavily in debt which is why Jodi, out of the goodness of her heart, was only too happy to loan him money.

True - and even if nothing remotely related to was found, he COULD have had 10GB of downloaded that he had only recently and thoroughly cleaned out. I can't imagine this approach will work with the jury.

I wish Juan would ask on redirect what was found on JA's computer. Plant that seed and let the objection be sustained.

The thing is MDLR has been baiting people for quite some time. They leave the courtroom every day just looking for things, waiting to be harassed so they can whine to the judge. Waiting for an opportunity.

They thought this was it. It wasn't.

MDLR probably noticed the group and had her ears peeled and heard the song and assumed it was about her.

I hope shes embarrassed.

A person that goes out in public dressed like that is not one that is easily embarrassed. Ticked maybe that it didn't work but not embarrassed.

Or made it about her. I hope the group involved take the stand one by one and splatter egg all over the defence faces.
