These are the types of things I wish Juan could just present a little more of.

He does great but sometimes I think he needs to hammer home some more of the basics for the jury to be sure they get it.

Janet the court monitor walked me up into the courtroom and let me sit in second row behind JA family. We had a nice chat. I understand her wanting to be careful certain people don't overhear the family talking and I told her I understand and that I do not talk in court.

Jury waiting patiently, most just staring into space. MDLR is seated to the right of JA and they are chatting quietly. Court reported is paying close attention to the side bar...how does he hear?

There is a microphone at the judges bench. You should see an earpiece that the court reporter has in his/her ear

Makes clear how methodically JA created a false paper trail...plus sex tape. Plan A. Drive away potential GF's by sending them this crap. But Plan A failed on May 26, 2008.
