OFGS...think of the lack of logic here with Geff...apparently, no prosecutor (or defense atty) can ever see test questions, in any trial.

They really hit the bottom of the proverbial barrel............................

Do we really know that ALV was not charged with perjury at that time? Perhaps they seal it and do not tell until the trial is over because that would be too prejudicial against their lying murderess?

What's funny is that the questions aren't supposed to be made public because potential test takers might be able to game the test if they knew the questions. Hmmm. In that case, since the defendant sat in the courtroom and heard full explanations of the test, by their own logic, doesn't that invalidate her results?

I don't think she would. She is too vain. She wouldn't want anyone to know she had been certified criminally as committing perjury. But something serious sure happened when she testified and I think that reason is the reason we are blessed to not see her in this one. Juan sent her packing and she will never testify in another courtroom in AZ imo.
