Summary of motion: The DT doesn't have any legal basis for once again crying prosecutorial misconduct, it simply is ignoring the Court's rulings (no prejudice in naming faceless witness, no beating up of Geffy, etc) and trying again.

In the first trial iirc this phase is when Dr. Geffner was called to refute Dr. Horn's gun shot last testimony. Hope he's foolish and arrogant enough to try that again.
