Okay so the good doctor wasn't there to diagnose or EVALUATE jodi, in his own words. He's just giving his opinion. I'd like Juan to ask him if his job is to evaluate Dr DeMarte? He's spent almost as much time dragging her through the mud as he has Travis.

The only "" TA was likely afraid of were the pics JA took of him and probably threatened to post online and send to everyone he knew.

How unprofessional and despicable their EW testimony was. I mean all I could do is shake my head. Who says such things and comes to such conclusions?? No mitigators so you attack the victim. Travis Alexander was a normal young man who didn't discuss his sex life with the world. Wow. No wonder JA felt pressured.

This poor jury. Even the "expert" testimony comes down to 'he said/she said.' I don't believe for a moment the jury will buy the 'JA never stalked anyone else and all of the changes in JA were due to that cheating, mean TA.'

If I were a juror, I'd be scratching my head as to how PTSD figures as a mitigator at all. "So, let me get this straight: JA premeditated a murder; drove 1000's miles to commit said murder; lied to cover up the murder ... and she did all this due to PTSD?"

I mean, the first jury didn't buy self-defense, so the DT can't argue it now ... can they?

It was said yesterday, not sure who, that, yes, JM will get to cross, but then the defense gets to cross for the final time....and then there is...IF...the felon gets up and gives a speech.

He'll get to cross them. But he can ask for a sur-rebuttal to what def is presenting now. Remember last trial. Def brought in Geff in sur-reubuttal, then Juan got to bring in Dr. Jill Hayes?
