BK's notes said juror #12 mentioned the death penalty should normally be reserved for serial killers....

Per BK juror #12 was the male who was for the DP when young, now believes the DP should be used for serial killers and premeditated murder,grew up in a strict household, and was a jury foreman on a case where the defendant was found "not guilty" on drug case 20 years ago in Maricopa County

Not even JB from the FL trial was this lowdown to impact the jurors (I can't believe I just typed that!).
But then again, that judge would have never allowed this to go on this long. In fact, I just saw BP on a commercial for Morgan & Morgan this morning.

People who feel that way about the death penalty are more likely to give her life. I'm ok with him being gone.
