Well he did file a motion yesterday, as per usual. Something like 'objection to the state to bring up aggravating circumstance because of no probable cause proven."

So....Travis as master of deception (he wasn't scared of her, just lying to his friends that he was and meanwhile having sex with her), Travis as Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde, and JA as the pitiable victim vulnerable to him because of all that child abuse.

I hope she dares to double down on all her vile whispers about pedophilia, especially this close to deliberations.

The good news is that Nurmi is objecting to what JM might say in closing arguments, so this thing really must be ending soon.

I'd forgotten that JSS failed to give the previous jury the proper instructions and had to call them into court later to fix her mistake. I can't remember another trial where the judge actually left out part of the prescribed instructions all similar juries in that state are given.

Good Morning All ... I'm trying to hang in there but the DT slimy antics, delays, lies, retrial and constant trashing of Travis has gotten to me. They have been allowed to do all this thanks to JSS. Never again will I follow any case where she is the presiding judge.

CFJA deserves the DP - Period!! Sorry to say, I don't believe that's going to happen now.

I think we are all feeling the strain of this DT and its revolting antics. Keep the faith Sweet Fox, she just may get the DP after all. :crossfingers::crossfingers:

Plus there was the bit of a mess with what JM told the jury about JA possibly out on parole if given life, though currently by law there is no such thing as parole for capital murder.
