IDK. And while it is quite a win in AZ, where women just don't get the death penalty, that one wasn't as tricky with what she did. She beat her dying husband to death then tried to say he attacked her, in his dying and weakened state! It was open and shut.

This defense got lucky in that Travis was a flawed individual who made mistakes and said some things that the defense could absolutely exploit.

But, like DeVault (and UNLIKE JA), Andriano was the mother of young children.

But sending everyone to overflow room circumvents the ruling. So underhanded, yet I'm , so not surprised. I wonder if she'll wine, "the reason I never finished testifying is b/c I'm afraid....sniffle, sniffle....so let me finish now!"

So this is what it's come down to? Jodi's swan song is sort of a final testi-cution all rolled into one tidy package (without the glares from the media and public) that will go unchallenged by the Prosecutor? Why am I not surprised? Well congratulations, Sherry, on a job... done.
