Someone posted a link to Jodi Arias on direct examination last night and I watched the whole tedious thing. The most incredible part was watching Maria De La Rosa at her table, directly behind the defense table. The beginning was Sky Hughes on the stand, over the prosecutorial misconduct accusation, I believe it was Day 10.

Maria, was on our radar then, of course, over the way she dressed but as far as I remember- that early on- that was about it. Anyway, she was scrolling on her phone just under the lip of the table, and smiling and almost laughing at some very inappropriate times. She has been doing this all along. How can THAT not be inappropriate to her bosses? She was laughing during a very serious portion of Juan's argument to the judge and it was beyond disrespectful- it bordered on ridiculous and was almost unbelievable. She was on her phone, almost the entire time- at least an hour!

I do believe we will be hearing much more about this woman in the future and not in a good light.

So this is what it's come down to? Jodi's swan song is sort of a final testi-cution all rolled into one tidy package (without the glares from the media and public) that will go unchallenged by the Prosecutor? Why am I not surprised? Well congratulations, Sherry, on a job... done.

She's probably babbling right now, lol. Can't wait to get caught up!

No, it will get challenged. Juan will address all her lies in his closing. He'll tie all the loose ends up neatly into a bow. And I will congratulate Judge Stephens when Juan secures a Death Penalty.
