The Q JSS asked JA was if the reasons she did not want to allocute were the same as in October 2014 (presumably when she argued to testify in secret session). She answered yes.

WTH does she need medication for? Why would JSS ask this? She is just setting this up for an appeal based on mental illness. Does JA have a jail psychiatrist who is dealing with her? Who would be prescribing meds?

Well I suppose they're rebutting him. But the b**** is he can't cross examine. He can't call new witnesses. And yeah. All this over letters one from the mom confirming what we already knew.

Travis lived with Parker and MM lost his wedding pics to a crash. Big whoop.

I have never in my life heard of either side of a trial being allowed to show the jury something and then not letting the other side be able to rebut it at all.

WTH is going on?

I feel like the air just got deflated from the game ball.

JM would have been asked if he wanted a surrebuttal on this nonsense. But what would he do? There's nothing more to be said about the Helio phone "discovery" or the dates TA was in the Bishop's house. Would it be worth delaying the trial for 2 weeks to arrange for the Bishop to return? With only 2 juror alternates left? And after the Bishop had trouble with his dates to begin with? Not to mention JM would be running the risk of making the jurors think it's of any importance whatsoever what dates TA lived there.

JSS tells Jodi she may not testify in a sealed proceeding per Supreme Court.

Jodi says the ruling said her testimony cannot be sealed by JA says her allocation is not testimony.

OK, Jodi. I guess you drew yourself a law school diploma during the last sidebar.

Do we know for a fact that CMJA takes meds? Has that already been brought out in court that she does? We know she has *cough* migraines. If it hasn't been brought out in court, did JSS just make a hippa violation? Or is that just for medical professionals?

JA is just setting up a reason to appeal. IMO

which will not be heard. She had her chance and even half got her way. Juan was not able to cross her, and she testilied for 18 days in the first trial and did many media interviews. She voluntarily gave up her right.

No way will she get any sympathy from the higher court for this tantrum. It has already been dealt with. I guess it's really over now. We have the verdict and off she goes to prison.

If you live in Arizona, it will not be an earthquake you will feel in about 10-15 minutes. Jodi will be throwing a Tantrum which will measure 7.2 on the richter scale. This is a warning. Go to your safe place now.
