Either JSS's copy in the first trial was flawed or she failed to read it properly, because, at some point after they'd been excused to deliberate, JSS called jurors back in to amend her original instructions.

I'm stuck at work I hate this. I hope JM does amazing. This case needs a passionate closing. Asking voters to death is not an easy thing but I think that if anyone has the skills to convince the jurors that DP is the right sentence it's JM.
