#JodiArias submitted 9 mitigating factors. The issue for jury is do they matter.

Pffffft. They never proved any of these though. Well except the one about her age, and no prior criminal behavior. And that last one is highly questionable.

Maybe her birth certificate should have been verified too :giggle:

So all this jury has to do is make a list of the 9 mitigating factors, answer each one with a yes or no, and then after they have a list of nine no’s they make their decision, DP. Well they could answer yes to the age, the murderer was 3 years younger than Travis.
