Pea shooters are back. In the virtual world. My grandson plays a game on x-box where instead of the characters shooting each other with bullets they are shooting each other with peas shooters. At age 9, he carefully explained to me that pea shooters are less violent than real bullets.

I love the fact, even tho we don't get to sit and watch, that we are hearing, that the jury is leaning forward, watching the video's and listening intently and Pure Evil is seeing that they are interested and listening, watching and every little word she spews out.

I don't know what that means, if anything. I witnessed a detective who looked her in the eyes, was never confrontational but who firmly guided her back after each of her diversions and lies and twisted flirts with him. He was masterful.

She starts listing all of the things TA never did to her.. "He never raped me.. He never.." And Detective Flores cuts her off. I seriously have the feeling she was going to say "He never hit me".

That's the only moment I wish detective Flores could re-do!
