Even though this trial by tweet is not the way I prefer to see it, Juan is certainly getting the most important and damming evidence out there quickly.

I still have about 10 pages of catching up to do, but wanted to toss this out at the risk someone else has already said it.

Could this whole "banning the video" thing have been a huge play by Juan that worked out perfectly?
- It makes the jury hate the DT to force stuff to be read instead of watching it for themselves, and
- The jurors probably took more notes while JM and Flores were reading back and forth than they would have if they had been watching the video.

Both of those would be big plusses from Juan's point of view.

I'm really curious as to how the defense is going to address the video from this afternoon. There is no one to cross-examine. They'd have to put JA on the stand to explain away any of it.
