Possibly JM had a clip made from the media video (not official court video, which is extremely sucky) and didn't warn Nurmi so he could make his own video of counter-points, so that the jury might be improperly more persuaded by (or might better remember) the slick media-quality video vs. Nurmi having to read from the transcript.

This is just a guess.

But JS did allow in the guilt phase all the videos of when Arias did MSM interviews and they also showed parts of her interview with Flores.

I honestly don't understand why the video cant be played and the jury can read along using the legal transcript of the trial.

Oh, I agree, there are definitely courtroom management skills that can minimize objections and interruptions without denying constitutional rights. JSS does not need to grant every sidebar. I think most AZ judges would run a tighter ship than this.

And I am extremely disturbed by how much has been placed under seal in this case.

Placing things under seal bothers me the most about JSS. I do not at all respect her decisions.

Jodi doesn't care if the motions against Det. Flores and Mrs. Flores fail. She just loves seeing them getting "reprimanded" in court. IMO.

Yup. I know I keep repeating myself, but she's taking everyone down with this sinking ship.

Dan Freeman had a brother that committed suicide the day of Jodi was arrested. IIRC it was over /child ?
