Can''t stand to read what this south end of a horse facing north Nurmi is saying so scrolling by them I do read what others are saying about the posts. Even muted it during the last trial. I believe it will still be saying the same things tomorrow.

safe one all!

BBM: :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: Too funny !

Nurmi is despicable ... absolutely despicable !

I just ate a whole bag of cookies! Nerves

I've been chain smoking and drinking cups of tea nonstop. I may have to step away for a bit, Nurmi disgusts me almost as much as CMJA. I am putting my trust in this jury, I believe they get it and the more KN drones on the sooner we will have the sentence of DP. If I was on the jury I would feel as if the DT was insulting my intelligence. Stick a fork in it already Nurmi, she's done and so are we.

Whew... just in the nick of time- a break.

Too bad it wasn't THE END OF NURMI'S INSANE CLOSING.

I rarely feel anxious or get anxiety. Honestly, as an adult I can count on one hand the times I have. I feel so much anxiety this morning I can barely stand it. I don't know how people can live with it, I have so much compassion for anyone who does. I would imagine it can be debilitating.

Do you all think the jury is going to go for all this? Will they really believe Travis was responsible & ja should live, but T, should not live? That's what Nurms is doing...

Jeffrey Evan Gold @jeffgoldesq

#JodiArias Nurmi points to Travis as being responsible for his own Murder because JA didn't kill other BFs #STOPTHEINSANITY

bbm...i can't believe anyone with half a brain cell would even try that. i didn't think i could despise nurmi anymore than i already do but here we are.

did he not say at the start of this, they never said Travis was a bad guy but yet hes spend the last nearly 2 hours trashing him without a mention of ANYTHING jodi has done

JM won an important victory on jury instructions- that mention was made of the very theoretical possibility of parole should the jury vote Life. Juries who think defendant killers are dangerous are VERY loath to take the chance of possibly setting a killer free one day.
I didn't catch that in any tweets yesterday so thanks for mentioning it here today. That reminds me of Juan telling the jury in the criminal trial two years ago that even if you don't believe she pre-meditated the murder, she should still be found guilty of First Degree Felony Murder because she says she took the gun when she left Travis' house (ie: burglary/theft in the commission of committing a murder).

zig here: well guys. that was furious typing, didn't get to see much. Just kept clicking away at keyboard.

Thank You Ziggy,

You are doing a marvelous job. So easy to follow. Thank You again, you are our ears and eyes today!!

It's a good thing that we can't watch this fiasco on our TVs or computers. There would be a lot of damaged screens by now

Why is there no time limit on closing statements? Jeez. NONE of what Slurmi Nurmi has said is relevant. It's all bull! JSS should tell Slurmi to cut to the damn chase and actually present some mitigation.

The only other person who used the word "contemporaneously" that I have ever heard was Jodi!

I think you may have just de-edified the Nurms.

Thank you. Your posts are very informative. Although I haven't thanked them it's only b/c the content has disgusted me. He is such slime!!!

Thanks to everyone here, and especially the re-tweeters. I'm at work and so can only quickly scroll through when I get the chance. :)

Did JM explicitly tell the story yesterday about her premeditation-- stealing all the stuff to look like a robbery, the gas cans, the calls/emails, etc? Did he tell the whole thing that can only point to her knowing what she was doing and drove 1k+ miles to do it???

This jury knows Dr. DeMarte is local, and isn't costing AZ the air/housing costs that Geffner, John Smith, and Fonseca rang up; plus, Dr. DeMarte's hourly rate isn't more than the CA cabal's.

  • #774
Is he done? Gawd I hope so.

Why, why, WHY did he not take the opportunity to speak only about Jodi and the mitigators that he claims she has? Or drive home that she is not right in the head. He should not be using this time to further trash her victim...especially since he started with how nice a guy Travis was. And that no one on the DT ever called him a bad guy.

I don't get it. How is this unusual person licensed to practice law?

  • #775
Dr. DeMarte who has a part time job testifying for the state and raised her rate, and lied about her experience - she is the biased one. Not Dr. G. She is the one who can't even say good morning. She is the one who is biased.

Morning break. Jury leaves.
Morning break? I was hoping he was winding up.

Nash! Be careful my friend. I don't want to see you sent to Band Camp today... we need you here!

  • #777
The Jury already knows she was found guilty of premeditated murder that it was cruel. JM didn't need to go over it endlessly as KN has done with trashing the vicitim (AGAIN). The defense has nothing else, and it shows how desperate they are....imo

For me now, the DP isn't only for what she did to TA in June... Its what she's been doing to him for the last 7 years... She deserves death for ALL that she has done... Not just for the murder. And she will most likely die at someone else's hand or by natural causes on Death Row... She won't make it to the table. She needs to be locked away, alone for the rest of her life with only one hour of day light. She stole Travis' life, hers needs done the same.

Nurmi, makes me sick to my stomach! I just can't read anymore of his garbage.

Ziggy, you're worth more than all the Tweeters put together!

Mike Babicky's probably looking over his shoulder!
