We can see the counsel at bench on the big screen. Janet said the audio in here is much better. They just dimmed the house lights so looks like we are stuck in here. The projection is pixelated. That, along with my peepers might cause flashbacks, lol.

I'm so relieved for this day. After all the hard work, time, emotion, disruption and frustration, we are finally here. No matter what happens, the Alexander's can hopefully move forward with their lives. After today, the convicted murderer no longer has a platform. She no longer calls any shots, she no longer wears civilian clothing, she no longer has any hope. After today, she no longer makes any decisions on her own. The only people she can manipulate are people on the inside. No more trips in the sheriff's van. No more visits by people preparing her case.

No matter the verdict, her hope ends today.

Paul and another woman got to go up. I won't be able to because several others were in line ahead of me. They complained that they'd been waiting longer. Janet is trying to be very accommodating. Some were here since 8:00. I had to stop, get gas, and coffee. But I figured out how to take the frontage roads and avoid massive traffic. This building is the only one I can identify from the Phoenix skyline BTW - I've lived here almost 6 months. I'm going to miss this courthouse and the AWESOME wifi - which you can get in the parking lot across the street.
