I like how Nurmi acts all indignant about Juan using the autopsy pictures, as if he's being emotionally manipulative, when that is EXACTLY what Nurmi is doing by putting up pictures of her as a child and saying, "will you kill this little girl?"

The other distraction is BPD - state said yesterday - it's not a mental illness, it's a personality disorder, but that's not what Dr. D said, their own expert - she said she preferred to use PD, "the same way she preferred not to say good morning to me" but she wrote mental illness in her report.

And this disorder had to be onset in her teenage years well before she met TA. The law doesn't say, well any mental illness means they must know right from wrong - no - it's a factor foryou to consider.

And the state said the only characteristic of BPD is someone is intrusive.

Dr. G never said he couldn't trust Mormons like JM said - he said someone might not want to confess or talk about sex because of their faith.

N brings up Deanna - she had a sexual rel. w/TA for A YEAR - but we saw her not being forthcoming - you heard her in the audio that she didn't know about anyone else having sex wi/ TA. Yes she did. She lied. She knew.

And in that reality, people are in this situation, having lost a loved one and now they are lying for Travis.

OMG, if Nurmi really said this--it was a huge mistake IMO. Every juror will ask themselves it is more likely that grieving friends and family of a murder victim will lie or is it more likely his murderer who is facing possible death will.
