Nurmi says that #jodiarias really believed the helio phone had been stolen. Aunt found in grandfather's car.

It would have been advantageous for her to tell Det. F then - but she didn't. She lied. She didn't want to talk about the truth - she was lying for Travis (like N has said everyone for the state has been)

Forgive me because I'm reading behind (this is post #517), but where is Nurmi's focus on "these are her mitigating factors!"

Rather, all he's talking about is TRASHING Travis, again...after he said they weren't saying he's a bad guy.

Literal LIES in his closing, which I understand he can do...but I am having to skim through this now, as I can't stand what I'm reading.

She wrote in her journal the Helio was stolen because she was giving Travis her journals to read - how else would he ever see them? They didn't live together and doubtful he ever went to any place she lived.

States what JA said - that it was so horrific she couldn't imagine herself doing that to another human being. And when you look at her life, she, even with a mental illness, didn't do anything horrific. Other than she kicked in a wall.

But her life was so different up until then.
