That's what I always thought too. Isn't that the one where Travis sounds like he's half asleep, he doesn't know that she is taping it, and he's playing along hoping she'll eventually STFU so he can get some shuteye?

As some have speculated, her threatening to release this later may have been the final straw.

Silly question. Your client has admitted to killing him. Why is it important that Flores didn't look for these intruderts?

BBM - Kind of hard to look for 'intruders' that failed to leave any evidence of themselves at the crime scene. Unlike Jodi who left behind a hair, bloody palm print and pictures of her moving the victim. :facepalm:

Not only did Jodi make the call, but the conversation turns sexual about 10 minutes into a call that Jodi claims Travis directed her to record for the sole purpose of making a sexy recording. Not only that, but she is the one who initiates the sex talk.

Doesn't make sense.
