I agree with the posters who said she was the one who kept forcing the "sexual" issues on the tape - albeit TA played along. He was so sleepy I could hardly understand what he was saying. I think this will help the jury understand that she was the one pushing for this relationship. This was the only "power" JA had over TA, was the ability to be his secret sex toy. It was not highly likely he would have this sort of relationship with an upstanding Mormon girl, and since JA was presenting herself as both . . . he knew that this sort of sex play was not going to be in his future with a wife who married him in the temple. JA played this card to the hilt with TA and then used it to facilitate his horrific death! (IMO)

Going back to the shower pics for a second. Nurmi is trying to paint a picture that JA could not have killed Travis if he was facing her - or something, since it's a given that she killed him. As stupid as that is on its face, on top of that if there was a flash on the camera (I don't know that there was) she could have blinded him for a second or two with it. It wouldn't even need to a flash picture - you can make the flash go off without taking a picture.

I think if don't want the DP or LWOP should have just went with how bad JA felt and remorseful and that would take back everything that happened. Trying to bash the victim is not a wise idea IMO
