UBM - It makes me sad that this is the way the jury has to hear Travis' voice for the first time. :gaah: At least they will hear how the murderer was a very willing and experienced participant in that whole 'conversation'. :blushing:

What is interesting in this trial vs the first one is that we are getting much more info about the jurors reactions via the tweets. In some ways, it helps to know what is coming next from the trial because the focus is now on how are the jurors reactions to hearing this info for the first time.

I just don't see how this recording *helps* JA in any way at all. She's over the top willing and enthusiastic on the recording and just keeps encouraging Travis to get more and more explicit (which isn't saying much...it's a pretty tame "sex call"). He is in no way aggressive or abusive or insulting or demeaning. What in the world was the DT thinking? Does it make Travis look like he wasn't following his Mormon teachings to the letter? Yes, but neither (obviously) was JA. I don't fault either for that, except that it's Jodi who's slinging mud about it. This whole call makes her look manipulative, not trustworthy, and MORE than willing to do whatever, wherever, however. It's just baffling to me how the DT thinks it's a good thing to play it.

And that was the WORST faked orgasm ever. IMO

It's like I said earlier about this jury's POV vs the original one. The people hearing this know she butchered him, so her manipulation is much more obvious to this group than it may have been to the original set of jurors.

Why is it that her sentencing trial has to include the sexcapades? Seriously, it does not change that she murdered Travis X3!
