Yes, and I think there is a picture of Travis when he was a really young boy wearing that kind of briefs I think.

That's probably where the evil one got the idea.

Not one bit of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 of any kind was found in Travis' home or phone or computer. None and to know she has told this horrible wicked lie on a totally innocent man makes my blood boil!

She hadn't even considered any kind of pedo aspect when she went there to kill him; if she had, she would have BROUGHT incriminating items such as child 🤬🤬🤬🤬, children's underwear, and/or various other things to plant in his nightstand or between the mattresses or some other semi-private space so that LE would "discover" them.

Thank you, Tuba.

I believe I will have a drink of Jack & ginger. Nerve Tonic. I need it after today.

I too am having a drink tonight, infront of the fire place, with 2 candles lit. Lit 1 for Travis, had a few tears for his poor family having to sit and listen to all of this crap from her, and still manage not to jump out of their seats and go at her. The strength they have is amazing. Then I lit one for Caylee, just because.

A while back I kept seeing that acronym and could not figure out what it stood for. All I saw was something that, in my head, was pronounced "smeh", which sometimes seemed vaguely obscene. I finally googled it and figured it out, but to this day I almost always process it first as "smeh" at first glance.

BBM OT (gross alert) Perhaps you were thinking of smegma? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smegma

This burns me up and reinforces how cruel CMJA is. I'm talking about the new royal blue shirt she is sporting. Yesterday Jen tweeted that the Alexander sisters took turns and always wore royal blue to court, and I'm assuming it's because it was Travis's favorite color and they wear it in tribute. I find it interesting that a day after Jen tweeted this, CMJA is wearing a brand new royal blue shirt. What a slap in the face and it must have been hard for Travis's sisters to see her wearing that color. And someone on her defense went out and bought it for her. They are all heinous.

@TrialDiariesJ: Samantha, Tanisha and Harold have arrived. One sister is always in royal blue. Today it's Samantha #jodiarias #3tvarias

I just can't get over the change in her looks. I hope the jury is smart enough to clue in that this is done on purpose

Yeah, I thought about that. But take consolation in that this outfit looks big and baggy on her, especially the pants, too casual. Not the look I'd want to be projecting in court to save my life. Even Casey Anthony with her buns managed to look better.

Well it's an improvement over black, I'll give it that...

I beg to differ; way long ago the Mormon religion (fundamentalist sects) did have a death sentence for those accused of sexual misconduct, particularly adultery. There are cases that have been written about concerning the sentence--being slashed from ear to ear and the blood having to spill upon the ground. This was the only way the sinner/violator could gain access to righteousness before God. And that was what Jodi did; in her mind, she helped Travis into heaven. That was the reason for the throat slitting and hauling him all the way back into the shower after slitting his throat in the hallway--the blood had to go down the pipes and get to the earth. She is totally capable of this mentality and the means needed to achieve it. Today's Mormonism: not acceptable, but there are some records of blood atonement from the past.

Is it just me or do others also believe animal print anything seems like a really, really bad choice when your daughter has been convicted of a savage murder?

It would not be my first choice either, however, what seems more striking is she seems to be sleeping through her daughters trial.

When she was interviewed by LE, it was amazing to me how she immediately distanced herself from Jodi and informed LE that they have had issues with her since teen years. Both her and the father seemed to not support Jodi at all, and frankly I dont blame them since there was real risk if they would have done anything like harboring a fugitive or helping Jodi hide evidence, then they could have been charged with crimes as well.
I am glad that they seemed to be very honest during their interrogation.

The only part I am still unsure of about their total honesty is how they allowed Nurmi to portray them as abusive parents. Since we know JA lies. It seems Nurmi may have bent the truth about them being abusive. If that was not true, I am surprised they allowed him to portray them as such. Maybe they had no choice in the matter.

Instantly thought this when I heard she was wearing royal blue, and even thought either she or the DT would turn up in blue today, (the way they did in the first trial when the Alexanders were scheduled to speak) when Jen tweeted that yesterday. It's pretty vindictive.

Jodi was just as guilty of the same and she is still alive. No blood spilled of hers except her bloody palm print on the wall. So, is this a double standard in her eyes?

A defendant never has to explain evidence. The burden is 100% on the state in a trial. They can literally sit there if they so desire and not say a word. Burden is the state's.

Accept it or not, evidence is never a defendant's burden. Now, if the defense wanted to claim someone else tampered with the phone and that's how evidence got on there, they'd need to establish something about where the phone last was and where and when it later showed up. But otherwise... accept or not, tis true.

Both sides are governed by the rules of evidence, so defense does have to show that evidence is authentic, credible, etc., otherwise it's not admissible. In the case of the phone, its origins, ownership, contents ad so forth have been verified, hence it's admissible. Now of course this still leaves room for debate by the state, such as how it was supposedly stolen and conveniently reappeared, but the point is, defense couldn't just throw any old phone with a recording on it into the mix. Or any old anything. They had to prove, for instance, that it really was Arias' phone. And they had to do so before the trial. Otherwise, trials would never get anywhere - they'd be overwhelmed by the task of showing that evidence was or wasn't genuine.

Also, in the penalty phase, the burden of proof is 100% on defense, not the state.

The Anthony's did the same thing for their spawn. I'm fairly confident George never sexually abused Casey. Cindy even got on the stand and lied for her.

She was still alive where Caylee could no longer be helped. But then I never really thought that Cindy truly gave a damn about that precious little girl anyway.

Is that good or bad?

I like Wild but I don't like his sidekick Kinsey. I am changing to Jen for tweets.

Responding to update: I don't like Kinsey Schofield either. She's too...catty.

Sorry but I do not believe that JA thought she was helping Travis into Heaven. It doesn't take all of those stab wounds plus a slit throat plus a bullet to the head for that. No, what JA did was because she wanted Travis to suffer. She wanted him dead. She wanted him to know that she was the one that killed him. JA had not been in the Mormon religion long enough, nor did she truly believe in it, for this to have been a way to "save Travis' soul to go to Heaven". This was cold blooded murder that was especially cruel. Period. End of story.

Does anybody know what exactly JM is referring to here? I get that they're talking about the shower, but is he here trying to demolish KN's 24 second and 16 second courtroom silences?

I think he's basically saying that she's choosing her moment, and just happened to prefer the time that she did stab him to the 24 and 16 second moments.

Totally agree. She even mentioned to a friend that she was just "dabbling" in the Mormon religion. Cant recall the guys name, but he was on Dr. Drew and was pointing out how she could not be that serious about being a Mormon since she used the word "dabbling" in it.

And, Jodi is nothing but a dark empty thing. No true beliefs, a mockery.
