I truly don't trust MK. All along he has not acted professionally in the entire case nor does he have a clue that reporters are to remain bias free. I do think he has KNs number on speed dial.

Even the tweets he has done from inside the courtroom this time have a passive/aggressive tone to them.

He has let his biases be shown throughout. I cant believe the owner of the newspaper hasn't called him out on it but maybe they are dripping with biases too.

I really try to ignore his tweets since he always seems to get a dig in during most of them.

I think he would like nothing better than to see this end in a mistrial. I really wouldn't put anything past him, Katie. He has been way too involved in this case on a personal level imo. His hatred for Juan has clouded his judgment and his attraction to JA is obvious.

We read all the other tweets from those who are inside the courtroom and they tweet pretty much the same things as they all are tweeting but then MK is the one that comes out of left field and will tweet an off the wall tweet.

I agree with everything you've said. I don't read him either in fact he had me blocked on twitter for a long time. He shows up rarely because, frankly, he doesn't tweet that much considering he's the reporter for the local paper covering "the courts". His tweets are biased, passive aggressive as you say and infrequent. They hold no credibility for me anyway. But that @justice4jodiann sure likes to retweet them.

Nothing in this case would surprise me anymore. I've long given up hope of watching the verdict in real time. Let's hope we can at least know what the verdict is. I can picture Arias throwing a tantrum and demanding that the verdict be sealed till the 'haters stop hating'. :what: I'm only half kidding.

I've been following with interest a particular tweeter who goes under the handle @justice4jodiann

He/she posts courtroom observations like they are factual but opposing the majority of the other verified tweeters in there. Observations on the Alexanders (always caustic) and the jury (always like they are for Jodi) and the players (highly against Juan Martinez).

What has interested me about this poster is that it appears, to me, that they are in the courtroom daily.

This means one of 3 things:

1. They are part of the media but flying under the radar and not identifying themself.

2. They are part of Jodi's family or friends (who are very limited in there).

3. They are courtroom staff.

KCL, the twitter handle you mention belongs to a few people (primarily one) who has a supporter website, trying to rake in cash. There is a corresponding FB page. I don't believe that the person who mistakenly posted in public on the JAII (who pretends to be or is in the courtroom) is the same person.

Then their style of posting is identical and they both claim to be in the courtroom. I don't believe there are TWO Jodi Arias supporters in that courtroom daily flying under the radar. I just find that very hard to believe.

It could be. But they are definitely trying to make it appear as if they are inside. And I, having been kind of monitoring this account coupled with the screenshot, have formed an opinion that they are in there.

I had blocked all JA supporters on twitter, I just can't stand all the hate that they are spewing, but will now unblock them and will try and monitor those tweets, it surely seems suspicious.

I've never been to any of those sites and not sure how this screen shot even got out. I just saw it this am on twitter and thought "well there she is" (@justice4jodiann) who I've always thought was a she just by posting style. I'm gender neutral now.

I DO know exactly how it got out, who put it out there and why. There are folks who are very involved in keeping tabs on the pro-CMJA folks. Monitoring them, if you will. They've been tracking this J person for a long time. This person is NUTS. Seriously not OK in addition to being appallingly cruel.
And again, none of these folks believe J is in the courtroom.

KCL, I looked at the tweets of this tweeter on twitter (say that five times fast). The tweeter slams Juan Martinez and the Alexander family constantly. Why on earth would this tweeter have a problem with the Alexanders? And Travis himself? What have they done? I kinda understand the slams against Juan as there are slams against the DT posted here all the time.

is this kind of a *thing* with the Jodi supporters? I didn't do twitter much during the trial nor see much of that activity (being either in the courtroom or posting here). So I really don't know but I do know Kiefer and this tweeter share those sentiments.
