Doesn't the fact that the judge has stopped allowing cameras in the courtroom for this second sentencing phase almost give weight to any future appeals that the media attention meant that JA couldn't get a fair trial the first time around? I hope we never end up with a full retrail in this case, mind you I doubt it will happen. I can see us all still following this one in 10 years if she actually gets DP, and then eventually her sentence being downgraded to life. Apart from the Alexanders and the witnesses who have suffered, the other victims in this are the taxpayers in Arizona who have to foot the bill. IMO it's a shame that in the case of a hung jury a judge can't simply made a ruling for LWOP.
