This is hilarious. They're still more concerned with what they're saying about her in the media than what the jury thinks. I'd be more concerned with the jury, myself. They were already told Jodi is her own worst nightmare. Well, if we put her on and cut the media feed she won't be. It doesn't matter what we see or think. It matters what jury thinks.

I have a feeling this will be granted. I have NEVER seen it before. But the judge's hands are probably tied.
