her family isn't even looking for an alive Caylee. That should tell you something. They are simply putting up a front to help kc's defense. It wouldn't look good for kc if her family believed anybody but her, they have to support kc. It's sickening

I think the 'leak' about the trunk info is absolutely true. Even GA acknowledges it in his statement "the body in my granddaughters trunk IS NOT MY GRANDDAUGHTER!"

Another thing is that TES worked closely with LE on this. Closer than they have probably ever worked for them and I wouldn't believe for one second that Tim, of all people would say he thought that baby was gone unless she was.

Respectfully, I don't think it's LP's responsibility to tell us anything. To LE, yes. Anything he tells us is a bonus and he already explained to us how Lee responded.......with a lie.

BTW did anyone hear what Rob D said about Casey hearing about the body farm test evidence? She said, "well,.. alot of people have had access to that trunk."

Compound that with the statement George made about "that was not my granddaughter's body in that trunk" and you may have something- although given the forensic evidence I am willing to bet that IT WAS Caylee.
But these slip ups seem to be kind of telling.....

They are setting the stage for her defense. If it's not his graddaughters body in the trunk, it is somebody's body in the trunk. I guess they wouldn't care too much if she killed somebody else's child, as long as it wasn't her own?

I think your right , yet i consider anything at this point. what will it take to get her to react?? normally the police and fbi do not lie bait false info .i am sure they want justice done. they seem to be stonewalled by her lies. this is too big to lie about i feel but then again i wonder . maybe something else is going on and they are waiting .

She is not going to react, she is so sociopathic it is frightening, she has no emotions. She does not and did not care about Caylee, someone like Casey has no real feelings Caylee was quite simply dispensible to her. She dismissed Caylee from her mind as soon as she was dead. To try and figure Casey out or to expect her to have emotions is an exercise in futility. Whatever she did with Caylee's body she is totally confident that she will not be found, she will never talk.

That does not surprise me in the least, she has distanced herself from that trunk and quite frankly could not give 2 S----s

Not trying to play devils advocate here, just a sticking thought that I had while going through these posts.

LE can't speak with Casey because she is lawyered up. She wont talk, the lawyer won't talk..Now, cops do fabricate or lie when interrogating.. What if this is what they were trying to do, but they can't interrogate her, so let's try to get her to crack..Maybe they thought she would get really nervous, and would start talking (making excuses, etc)..I just feel that they do not have enough evidence as many believe.. I still have hope that Caylee is alive, thought I am not confident about it, if that makes any sense..So I just want to explore other possibilities, and I feel that this is one.

Please do not attack me for my opinions. I pray they find Caylee as much as anyone. So why attack??

There has been so many lies, stories and inconsistancies in this case, I can honestly say I do not know what is true anymore.

I find it very hard to believe if LE had all the evidence that has leaked so far that the would just let a murderer out like she is. She is free for most of the day, going to JB's office she isnt monitered other than the press. But if the press goes away, there is nothing to stop her from doing what she wants during those hours. I guess my problem is if LE lets a murderer go like this with a sit and wait attitude it makes me wonder how many other murderers are in a sit and wait mode that we dont know about.

They do not have a body, if they are going to try Casey for murder they have to make sure their case is rock solid. It is not unusual for someone to get bail on check stealing ETC: that is all she has been chared with. That is our justice system, she has every right to be out on bond. If they had charged her with murder she may not have gotten bond.

What appears to be a loving mother can yes, in fact be a killer. "Loving" mothers have killed their kids before. It happens. Even intentionally. She is more than likely a sociopath.

I watched a series of shows last night called Forensic Files about women who kill their children. It was amazing the similarities in each of these women and Casey.

They all had a STORY, which they had concocted to fit the scene and/or circumstances, they all had past histories of being pathological liars, they all seemed to have a man they wanted, or was involved with at the time of the murders, they all had parents and/or family members who claimed to believe them, they all went on immediately with their lives when the child was not found.

The good thing which was brought out was that LE is very familiar with that type and although it takes a lot of time and LE resources to "untangle the web" they try to weave every one of the perps were caught and interestingly enough everyone of them was sentenced to life in prison. Some were convicted of first degree, some of second, but even with the second degree, the jury or judge assigned them to life in prison.

No attack here but in my opinion, LE tried everything they knew how to do to get her to tell the TRUTH. She talked plenty, but none of it was anything they could use to constructively find Caylee. She's not going to tell them the truth. That's established. I'm confident that LE has plenty of evidence and the best evidence would be having the body BUT, if they don't find Caylee between now and the time trial begins, they will go with what they have. I believe they are using the time they have diligently to find what they need to assure a successful prosecution without that pesky "reasonable doubt" feature that may creep in. There's so much we don't know at this point but I bet they do. I think this goes beyond the borders of disfunctional "mother" of the year and there will be some big names coming out before it's over.

I believe it is true.
I also believe that KC has told GA, CA, and LA a story about some illegal activity she supposedly was involved with connecting her to some bad people and that she's very sorry for it but they forced her into it since she had no money to support herself and Caylee and that out of that activity came the death of a bad guy - put into her trunk- and the bad guys took Caylee and are holding her until this is all over and then she'll be returned and life and the lies will go on as usual. They believe her, they always believe her. So for appearance sake they are going about life as usual. For some reason, I guess they want to believe her, they can't accept the fact that Caylee is gone forever.
This is the strangest bunch of people I have ever heard of. LE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL PUT HER AND POSSIBLY ALL OF THEM BEHIND BARS, I HAVE NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. GO LE! GET JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE.

LE is in no way "stonewalled". This case is moving forward and they are going to have a solid case without the help of Casey. It may be they never find Caylee, but justice for her will still come.

I don't either, SS. LE doesn't need a confession from Casey who is going to continue to deny, deny, deny. Even if they were to find her body Casey would just say "well I guess Zanny killed her and put her there"

They will continue to work the voluminous amounts of overwhelming circumstantial evidence in this case and that is how justice will be served for Caylee.

if we take bits and pieces of caseys lies and assume we may have some truth mixed in we can think anythings possible. first we have her saying she is afraid for her safety and familys safety. she mentioned the bad guys in some of her lies and truths mixed. it may not be those words bad guy but she made in known she feared someone. we have her saying i do not know where she is. if its a lie or truth mixed - she has not said one thing leading to where one can find kaylee this moment in time. dead body in trunk- where is that body now? can we hope to find kaylee alive? dead?? only casey knows if she killed her and i doubt she will ever admit she let someone else be responsible for kaylees death let alone she had a part in it if true.so mayb e there are bad guys who took kaylee and she does not know where she is . playing both sides of fence in my thoughts. maybe she let someone take kaylee while she partied and was not in any condition to remember who or someone took her because she herself was in a very unsafe place and situation she lost control of all and put kaylee in harms way. she wakes up and thinks where is my daughter and who has her. time goes on and she feels how can i admit i lost her and i have no idea who i was with who took her. yes she would have to be really messed up --but apparently she maybe be .

Yes. The circumstantial evidence will paint the picture and all they will need are the photos of her out partying to justify what they say. No guilt. No remorse. No worries. The REAL Casey dancing around the woman like a stripper pole should be worth a million words instead of just a thousand.
