Revisit - Did CA/GA cover up 7-16-08

Ok I found a little more info at docstoc. If you click this link and then enter page numbers there is some info on picking up the car.

Pages 180-181 looks to be a report from an officer named C. Beasley dealing with picking up items from the A's, mentions car.

On page 215, YM says that "CA found the defendant and brought her home after the car the defendant was driving was found abandoned and towed several days ago". From what I can tell it was written on 7-15-08 at 20:44 (which I think is not quite 8:30 pm). What stands out is that there is no mention of smell at this time, as we all suspected.

Then pages 203,204 and 205 deal with witnesses from the tow yard regarding the car. I found Mrs. Lett's testimony interesting. She says that as she stood out on the rear patio(smoking I think) that Mr. B and GA walked through the yard and she overheard GA tell SB that he (GA) had just found his daughter but his g-daughter was missing. I would love to know if that is true or she just misunderstood. :cow:

Never mind, I found it in the same link, different page numbers starts pg 290 - 7.17.08 when C Beasley goes back to take evidence into custody it is interesting that CA tells her that she retrieved the laptop from KC's car. Then goes on to mention "she noticed a strong, unidentifiable odor in the car". " The scent was also evident on some of the items she gave me."

I also noted that the "disposition" of the report, the box marked pending is checked.

Are you using the toolbar at the top? There is a little box to the right of the big arrows....a box for page numbers, then a / 431 (total pages). Just type in the page number in the little box and hit "enter" key.

maybe that picture is not a picture of nothing, back in one of the past doc. dumps where the botanical findings of what was growing at and around the remains site they listed the plants, one of them was some type of cultivated flowering plant, a crinum or crinium lily I think it was, could the flowers growing on the left side of the picture be that same plant? all it would take is one seed transfer from the A's backyard, can anyone here on WS living in Florida identify the flowering plant in the picture?

Here is a weblink showing it in several sizes and variety. It is native of south africa but is a common landscape plant in Florida.

There's my opinion anyway.

I'm willing to theorize right along with ya.....especially about the yard.
Go to picture # 49 I have asked many questions about this picture. None have satisfied me as of yet. Why here on the side of the house at night on this date that is stamped on the picture. A picture of essentially nothing but since we know now what we know, maybe a very important picture.

This does not atest to the A's possible cover-up charge, but may be as close to an admission as we will hear until trial when cover-up may exposed to public. (Wish we had more docs) During Ga's secret interview with detective YM (the one where transcripts stating YM discussing GA's profuse vommiting1) he makes some tell all statments. Here are two that stood out more than some for this particular thread. This is from GA trying to explain to YM why he is feeling that LE doesn't think he is incharge, although nothing was said to provoke this comment of admission. "Him and I sorta switched rolls cause I wanted to be the one to talk to you guys, but THEN AGAIN I got sort of OUT VOTED"and stopped. Iam..." Question fellow sluethers is, Why and how does an ex LE,father,head of household, be voted out by a 25 yr.old son and a wife who GA states in this interview is out of control to the point he has to put his hand over her mouth as he stated also in this interview? The second reveal is when GA says that he has told his wife that giving things to jB has to go both ways. I'm thinking gA meant LE in this sentence. GA warned CA that they could charged with cover-up. In this interview as well are his comments of strong dislike for JB and CA's continued support of JB, knowing that GA had strong words with him. Once again GA is discounted by wife as we all have discussed, went about his busssiness of managing his sites of "Help find Caylee" laying low until Grand Jury where he probably repeated some of this interview. Maybe LA became the spokes person to LE for the family because gA showed plausible deniability showing he new too much as was silenced by CA and LA. These statements by Ga can be found on pg. 5 & 6 + pages 63 & 64. Idon't know how to link or I would be more helpful. One other comment that jilted my memory was GA stating he might have to call his muti-millionaire dollar brother in law. I know this may have a thread from this interview and we may have already beat this issue up but it was interesting reading it now verses early on. There was a post on a site last wk. (rumor only) that was supposed to be from from a close A friend who has stood beside them stating she has tried to talk to cA about some of her associations and only recieved a snotty answer of "Don't woorry about it" My assumption 7 my opinion only goes to covering up and with each time the A's may have done this the cover up it led to more cover up, & more leading them to look for a dead Caylee. This interview stats GA told her not do her own investigation and look where that landed her.

Someone else said Bird of paradise. I thought that too but changed my mind. I think the bird of paradise needs to be a bigger plant before it flowers. Maybe a type of Heliconia? I think they germinate pretty easily. Many different varieties.

MO is bird of paradise. I had one bloom at about a foot tall, but the freeze got it last year. These type of plants are bulbs, not seeds.....The crinium lily looks similar to the bird of paradise right before it opens.

Total conjecture on my part. Looking at the picture starting in the very back is a darkened shed. This goes to show the shed in this picture isn't important. Moving up to a more lighted area, you can see a hose lying down that appeared to have been used recently. The ground around the hose was wet but appeared undisturbed. The siding of those looked intact,, no blemishes showing that this isn't the reason for the pic, even though the brightness of the pic was more on that area. This leaves flowers being a central part of the picture along with the hose. I'm going with flowers as the reason for the picture, taken by LE. If this was the As camera you would have to ask yourself, what time does it turn dark in Orlando, why a pic of a picture of the side of house by them. I cannot believe this is an artistic photo showing talent, or an entertaing picture for a photo albumn taken by one of the A's. Could Caylee have been taken around that corner of house in the most autrocious way? This photo also may have been taken to rule out something in the investigation. Maybe the botony thred needs to be reinstated.

Here on the east coast it gets dusk around 9ish during this time of year. If there is a full or new moon in the city it doesn't get dark dark unless there is a lot of cloud cover. I can't decide if there was a flash or not. Does the A compound have security lights from the roof eves?

Also are there docs that tells us where GA put the lime?

You betcha! Maybe this is where KC tried to dig with the shovel before bringing the body around the corner. This would lead to the shovel not showing dirt or gore. When that wouldn't work KC may have done the easy by placing her body around or in the sandbox after giving up on a rocky surface. I think this is the shed if your facing the A's house is to the left but i may be wrong again.LO! Dogs had a hit near the patio, right or wrong again? If so maybe the body stayed in that spot and after kC realized she couldn't dig and was on a time limit drugg her over to the sandbox. I gotta take a break before I confuse you all.

I think that if you are facing the A's home, this shed is on the right of the house. I just re-watched Greta in the backyard, and the flowers look more like bird of paradise in that video footage, what little you could see of them

Sheeze, the heat is getting to me. I guess I didn't ask my question back a few posts ago. Off to fix supper.

Did LE/SA release any photos of the A compound? Particularly the outside of the house and the yard, pavers. Ya'll know what I want to see :crazy: Thanks anyone who can point me to them, if they exist.

ETA: No photos have been released that I could find attached to the forensic reports. 29 photos were taken the evening of 6.17 that are reported on the officer's report.

well, I was totally wrong about the bird of paradise being BULB!!! I was just doing some research, and they do seed from the flower!! So this is possible. Takes 7-8 weeks for the seed to germinate.

I think I goofed my explanation of shed. I meant if your in the back yard facing house. So sorry. The other side of the house if in backyard looking at home, would be where the side garage door connects to outdoors from garage
I think I'm on the same page now. Thanks for clarification :crazy: If pavers are behind the porch as you exit, may be the first resting place before KC may have walked to the side of the house.
