How many Sexual Predators on that list?

Then again, it's probably just that I'm aware
- he lives in MY area, committed his 1st crime in my community
- his g'mother Marie owns a rental property about .5 miles from my home. [btw - a small cluster of sex offenders in that neighborhood.]
- he does have links to Satsuma.

I'm not implying that he couldn't be involved in the case. Just saying that a person being a criminal doesn't change the way their body behaves after their death although it might sometimes have a bearing on how they died.

LFlorida have you ever found out if Chad had any previous arrests? I know they may have been juvenile records. I remember reading in one of the reports that he had cut himself at the scene. He was later arrested in St. Pete. I was wondering if the blood left on scene was what connected Chad to the crime.

Also John Walsh did talk about the missing predator yesterday in an interview although not by name. John did say he needs to be found.

It was my impression that they think that because:

a. it would not be unlikely for a recently released SO to have enemies

b. the last night he was seen was with a friend the family does not trust

c. Chad does not seem to have any source of cash reserves. His crimes were not high tech or slick on any level. And he has disappeared of the face of the earth. Didn't pick up his paycheck or tip money. Cell phone hasn't been used. No one has heard a peep from him. No money transactions have been registered.

He doesn't seem to be that evolved to have pulled that stunt off and continue to pull it off. His sister also died while he was in jail and the family seems confident that he would not put his family through a staged disappearance on top of that loss.

Hi Impatientredhead, I remember when his name was first brought up on our forum it was speculated he was dead. With everything you say it could be the case. I hope for his step-mom who posts here that he is still alive somewhere. xox

Which friend are you referring to as not trusted by the family? Amy Baker? Or Bill Cotter?

He ain't dead, I can tell you that much. Dead people have a hard time hiding.

His family sounds like they WOULD help their beloved SEXUAL PREDATOR break loose and start a whole new life, one with no label as a RSPredator, one with no parole, no drug tests, no threat of life in prison hanging over his head for violation of probation.


He grew up in the woods, btw. His mama's home is along the edge of the Forist, I believe.
He knows enough to figure out how to hide in Ocala National Forest for a long time if he wanted to snatch Haleigh and keep her hidden away for many months. [Heck, even I could figure that out.]

Granted, if it were me that did that, I would surely need an accomplice to help me with the occassional grocery run, among other things.
JMO.

We don't know that he hadn't saved every penny from every paycheck from Dec 1 to Jan 31, and kept it on him in cash.

As much bitchin' as I have done to my LE beau about Chad Reynolds, there's no doubt in my mind that he would tell me if there had been anything found, if only to make me quit bitchn about his boss and about Chad.

According to media somebody named Ryan told LE that Chad called him on the 3rd but when he picked up the phone it died.

I dont think a week time frame is skewed...to me it puts it more in line that Chad could possibly be involved with Haleighs dissapearance. JMO

His MO, which to me shows that he must have had previous offenses [and possibly not caught] to have gotten to the point where he would done a ski mask and enter a dwelling in the middle of night with adults in it to commit the crime or he was taught those things buy an older mentor, someone that was able to influence him from a very young age to have attempted that brazen of an act for as his first time.
If you follow those two ideas to the next logical step he could have very well decided to take his crime to the next level and snatch a child to eliminate being caught 'in the act'. It means he has learned and evolved. Remove the victim from her environment before committing the SO reduces espouser.
With his knowledge of the general area and the fact that he has at least rudimentary skills [and we do not know what he may have leaned while being in prison] in living in the outdoors he may have felt that he was capable of sustaining himself off the land. He could have very easily accumulated any necessary provisions while he was working without anyone being the wiser. A simple layaway plan like the one at Cabelas that sells that stuff and he would not even have to worry about finding a place to hide those items from his friends and family while staying at home.

He needs to be found because if he is not dead and he had nothing to do with Haleigh the stats for re-offense show he will find himself another victim.

I'll have to look that up, but right off the top of my head, I can tell you that many/most Div of Forestry fire towers have been abandoned and torn down as obsolete and inefficient. They use technology [don't know what kinds exactly] instead.

If it wasn't ChRey who started those, I'd like to take this OT opportunity to say that anybody who starts a campfire or tries to burn yard waste or trash right now is a total IDIOT! And if it was ChRey, you better hope the law finds your butt before we do. [lol - just kidding..... kind of.]

This guy's name is Bill -Last Name Unknown- his status says "i missu bro, where are you?" And in his pictures, there is one that says "Chad" and under the picture it says "missing brother" - I can only ASSUME it's Chad's brother. Bill is the boyfriend of Chad's deceased sister Danyell, I'm pretty sure. The one whose myspace is "KneeHigh" was Danyell's boyfriend who lives in the home of Chad and Danyell's mom.
