But it shows direction, which can provide direction for investigation. I hope. That's actually less helpful than the first video. Hopefully what they have coming is better quality.

Interesting as this is though someone for some reason was purposely videoing this walker. IMO
Nope, not even close. Looks like the gait of a person on typical evening walk, without any indication he was in any hurry at all.I don't think I notice a strange gait in this video. Do any of you?
Yes, especially when he was asked about his eyes conversation. IMOCNN had an interview with the TA in the room.
He didn't say it explicitly, but I thought it sounded like he has probably been asked not to discuss certain details.
Without sounding like a crazy person, is there a type of device you can carry to mess with the quality of a security camera, like a signal jammer. Because I have very cheap Blink doorbell camera's (Like the cheapest my husband bought them without consulting me) and they are pretty amazing quality wise. Mine pick up much better quality even at night and it's very clear from a distance. But maybe the cheap ones are just good and we got lucky I don't know much about doorbell cams, other than mine are cheap and fantastic quality. That's actually less helpful than the first video. Hopefully what they have coming is better quality.
Google street view shows this is right in front of the Waterman Professional building at 148 Waterman.
It says 144 Waterman on the clip (top right) so I presume this is a surveillance cam on this buildingInteresting as this is though someone for some reason was purposely videoing this walker. IMO
I believe it is from a security camera.Interesting as this is though someone for some reason was purposely videoing this walker. IMO
At first I thought it was just the way the video was edited, but I think it must be a camera with person-tracking and that is able to swivel. Not familiar with what brand, but I'd bet that's what it is.Interesting as this is though someone for some reason was purposely videoing this walker. IMO
yeah, i was just looking at that. the first video showed him turning right from hope onto waterman, and this shows him on waterman moments later and about 1/3 of the way down the block.Google street view shows this is right in front of the Waterman Professional building at 148 Waterman.
So the camera appears to be on 144 Waterman on the side of the building. That building appears to be apartments.
No, I don't. I wonder if the odd gait in the first video was because he was rounding a corner and the camera angle was more behind him and this one is just him walking a straight line across from the camera.I don't think I notice a strange gait in this video. Do any of you?
If he has that right hand in his pocket because the gun is in there, then I can see staying super close to the right of the sidewalk and sorta subconsciously protecting the gun. The left hand is still swinging like we see in the first video, but right hand is not.New video....he's walking very close to the vegetation edge, not in the center area of the sidewalk.
Not that it helps at all, doesn't, but something I noticed, as though he's trying to blend into the background.
