No, I agree. It looks to me more like the hard belly you see on middle aged men with a fair amount of visceral fat, especially around the liver. From what I have observed:I don't think he is actually overweight. The belly looks like one of those pregnancy bellies for actors.
There's something about his movements that don't match with a real belly that big.
* Heavily pregnant women have a hard domed belly that involves the entire abdomen.
* Overweight middle aged men have a domed belly in the upper abdomen.
* Both sexes with advanced liver disease have a hard domed belly in the lower half of the abdomen (ascites).
Obviously this is different from the soft subcutaneous fat you see in the simply obese.
