IMO - It Appears
The officer covers his body cam with his arm. You Then see Officer (don’t know name), pick up something on the ground. There is also what appears to be a white package on the ground that is picked up by an officer and hidden under his arm. He uses a hand gesture to signal the officer wearing this body camera to turn around the other way. The white package exits view with one of the officers at 21:21:57.

This case is extremely nauseating.

How do you explain why none of them turned their body cams on? 1 or 2, maybe, but all of them ??? Apparently, you have to turn it on to get sound.
"Who needs to be held accountable are the supervisors?" but the supervisor ( Sargeant ) was there, I think there were 2 ( far left and far right in the picture) both just watched.

Have they ever said what prompted this attack? Or why he was transferred? Wouldn't it be ironic if a ( use of force) altercation from his previous place warranted a move for his protection to avoid retaliation? and then the guards end up beating him to death, (That was the opinion of the host of Tier talk)
Too many officers there, That all either participated or watched and did nothing, so it kind of feels personal.
Charges are probably waiting on the autopsy ( COD) and Tox, so I hope that happens soon.

I imagine the prisoners at his previous facility didn't strangle him to death, so that one will be easy to pin on the guards.

Why did other inmates attack him (conveniently), and what warranted the guards beating Robert Brooks afterwards? Seems like they are leaving out some details b/c it doesn't even make sense for those guards on the " hit squad" to beat him up over that. Either way
I'm not buying it. They need to dig a little deeper or make someone feel safe enough to tell the truth. It might be easier now if most of them got fired, depending on how many corrupt guards are left.

It's so hard to tell what happened to that white package ( it looked like paperwork? possibly in a white wrapper-type envelope?) the officer who picked it up off the ground is seen carrying it, but when he gets to the van, he must fall behind because the person recording is now in front with no one in front of him anymore.

Julie Grant asks their opinion on what looks like a guard putting a towel in brooks mouth and asks if there was biting going on, or what could be the reason for the "towel"?
One of the guests suggested there may have been spitting going on, but indicated they have spit bags for that ( so not proper procedure regardless )
looks like paper towels from a dispenser when he throws it into the garbage ( seen on Fischer full body cam 8 minutes into the video)
Could it be that he was using those towels in an attempt to keep Brook's Jaw open while the guard punched his jaw repeatedly? I say attempt b/c I don't think they stayed in.
One explanation could be this: (we need someone who knows about martial arts or boxing, to explain this better than I ever will.) I believe a hard punch to the jaw can knock you out, or at the very least it can rattle your brain. I guess thats why it's called a knock out punch.
if your jaw is closed and clenched it can absorb pressure better but if it's open it's more likely to cause sudden side movement which makes your brain hit your skull. ( sort of like shaken baby syndrome) same with the shoe, they went straight for the liver, which is another location that can knock you out ( I believe) they may have been successful,b/c after that they gave him a sternum rub.
Are there any boxers here? I think these are boxing/ MMA fighter tactics. Regardless, of tactic, their intent. I feel dumb even saying it shows maliciousness, that's not rocket science after watching that video.
