I know LE was interested in the hours between 8pm and 3am, they didn'[t say that's when they thought whatever happened happened. They just want to know what went on during those hours. I could be wrong - just how I interpreted it.

ETA Maybe all of those questions will be answered soon.

When LE speaks of any hours being "in question" it means everything else except those hours have already been clarified, imo.

- Family members of Ron say he got into a fight with another man (Cousin Joe?), over a gun. In this older video report it is said the fight happen hours before Haleigh went missing: Ron claims the fight never happen. Misty claims Ron told her to retrieve the gun.

Now it is said that Misty and Ron got in a fight the day/night Haleigh went missing. So, we have the fight with Joe, Misty, Ron, the Gun Haleigh Missing all in one night. Hank, kids, GGM, and A/C guy came over as well that night. And we have Misty being gone the whole previous weekend, so when did Ron really bring Misty home? And when did Joe leave the MHand how did he get there?

MADJGNLAW.. I have stated many times that I believe whatever happened to Haleigh occurred due to her somehow getting caught up in an altercation between Ron C and someone else or Ron C and Misty.
Also, Ron C adamantly denied on NG's March 16th show that Cousin Jo was at the MH that night after his mother said that he was there..
Now.. How Ron C knew he wasn't there and how TN knew he was there is somewhat baffling to me considering neither of them claim they were there that night.. Ron said he was at work.. And the only thing TN has said is that she sent family over there between 7:00 and 8:00 pm that night...JMO

I think some are really just angry that TJH came out and said Ronald was verified to be at work so everything will be beaten to death and back again to take the focus off what the real issue is here. IMO, it proves Ronald had nothing to do with Haleigh going missing and was nowhere near the home because he was AT WORK.

It also appears he is cooperating with LE, too.:

Shoemaker said Cummings will do anything is takes to find his daughter, even if it means undergoing another polygraph.

"I know the investigation is continuing. We've met with law enforcement in the past couple of days and we hope to meet with law enforcement again soon to help shed any light on Haleigh's disappearance," Shoemaker said. "We will do anything we can to help resolve this.

In my opinion the fight issue, cousin Joe and the gun discrepancy is a very relative debatable area in this case. We have Misty's story about Joe and the fight and TN stating there was a fight, and Ronald stating there was no fight over a gun. I think this might turn out to be very important.

Last night NG reported there was a fight at around 8:30.....do we know if she was referencing a fight between Ronald and Misty or perhaps the fight was between Ronald and Joe. Was the fight at 8:30?

This is all good, we have have positions and opinions based on our exposure and analysis and there are healthy differences in when something becomes credible or not, if ever.

What makes WS great is that we are not all sheep following some strong leaders and from differences comes new conclusions.

There has been a LOT of developments this week related to RC so I say lets put all this together and see where it takes us, as a timeline rather than debate details. Go to a macro sleuthing view. Thoughts? New timeline thread?

NG was referring to an argument over the phone between Ron C and Misty at 8:30 pm that night. I don't recall the subject of Cousin Jo coming up last night, but I did leave the program for a few to take clothes out of the washer and put them in the dryer..JMO

No Gem, cousin Joe did not come into the program last night if I remember it correctly. There was some discussion though that RC had a fight with cousin Joe early on. I believe we could find that info in the "the cousin that visited thread".

There is some new information coming into The SKY News Room pertaining to the timeline regarding the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings.

Sky has learned the following information from several highly credible sources close to the investigation:

Haleigh's father Ronald Cummings had a fight with Misty at about 8:30 the night the child was abducted. That fight took place over the phone while Cummings was at his job at PDM near Palataka, FL.

Ronald's work hours that night were 4pm to 3am. LE and PDM both state that Ronald was present and accounted for that night. Telephone records and cell phone pings lend strong support to those statements by law enforcement and PDM.

OK, maybe I am making to much out of this. Could it be that the fight over the phone was about retrieving the gun? Was Joe with Misty at that time? But, if we were to know exactly where Misty was when she was searching for the gun then we know where she was at 8:30PM that night. It is said that Ron and her were having a fight over the phone at 8:30PM the night Haleigh went missing. And from what I recall Misty found the gun in a culvert? Check there for Haleigh and or other evidence I say. I wonder if this was near where the rose was?

I would never speculate on anyone saying they were raped or sexually abused. No way. I couldn't tell you if that happened or not. Would I be surprised? Probably not.

Moreso in Steph's article it is still bothering me to no end that he says the entire family has turned on Tim Miller. I think that's where my anger is coming from.

That poor man has done so much for these people for FREE, and gets spit on because they don't like the outcome. It breaks my heart, really.

I sincerely hope this is all a ruse to get Misty to fess up. I really do.

I have not formed an opinion on who is responsible for Haleigh's disappearance, but I do believe every single one of them are guilty of poor parenting, grandparenting etc. Any idiot can provide shelter, food and clothing, but it seems this family was lacking instinct or learned skills of how to nurture a child.Despite their upbringings, they could have made a choice to make their childrens lives better than their own, and they CHOSE not to.

Seems to me that RC, like everyone else around him, is looking after number one. Just so sad that Haleigh isnt their number one.

Excellent post. I would like to take it a step further. Ron could still be DIRECTLY involved as well. LE has stated time and time again that they do not know what time this crime was committed against Haleigh.
For instance, he could have assaulted her before work and she died later from internal injuries. (closed head injury, for example)

I've been thinking that. The fight could have been that she couldn't get the children to behave and he said to whip them, or to give Haleigh a dose of something that led to her demise. Although he was at work he still could be culpable. I hope not. I would not that hell on a father's conscience. No links or proof, obviously, but there is a reason that the Cummings so stubbornly protect Misty and turn on anyone who implies otherwise. I don't think it's because they love her like a daughter.

They are about the only ones who can connect all the dots and compile all of the information and give LE probable cause to arrest her. If, in fact, the evidence exists.
