my hubby was granted custody of his child, but it costs upwards 30,000 grand. A father better have some thick pockets unless he has people like DCF, LE and the schools in their corner along with sustantial proof. But as it should be.

I would prefer the courts award joint custody when you have two normal parents without convictions etc....

It's the mothers who don't want the child, but doesn't want the Father to have them that is so irritating because they only fight for appearance and save face reasons.

Marie claimed HaLeigh was not breathing and Crystal did't remember how she saved HaLeigh but did not call for an ambulance or take her to hospital.

Right, but as of Feb 10, most people saw Ron and Misty walking around on the TV, smoking, we learned that she was 17 years old and Ron was 25, and a lot of people were so repulsed because its illegal, and most people I hope would never expose their children to that environment- But that wasn't all, some of us saw Ron on the ground, flipping through emotions as fast as he could, and heard stuff like, I would give my life back for my childs life back, its stuff like that, that defined him to a lot of people before Maries declaration on the 12th-

The only person who ruined Rons credibility is Ron- no one has to help him with that, thats for sure.

If that where the truth I would whole heartedly agree with you,but, you are aware of the freedom of speach and how it has been abused in this case. The irresponsible expressing of ones opinoin's of someone that you have never met or spoke too can do far more damage IMO.

Yeah, but a lot of people are truly offended by men who partake in a sexual relationship with a child, theres a reason why its against the law- If one decides to partake in such a nefarious act, then they deserve to be scrutinized for it- missing child or not-

He was having sex with a 16 year old. How is that irresponsible expressing of FACT? It isn't even an opinion! It can't be my problem if Ronald Cummings is uncomfortable and gets defensive that people will question his character.

How is there relationship and choice to smoke a cause for HaLeighs abduction or these issues you are outraged over and scrutinizing are going to find HaLeigh?

She was left in the care of an immature, lying, drug using teenager who was used as the sexual partner of the father of Haleigh. It is not about your point. Those are the facts of this case.

ITA but at least the smoking is a fact, unlike all the other allegations tossed around
