Could someone remind me what the 'vacation' was that Ron took the kids on before he refused to return them to their custodial mother and then got the custody changed? Was it to Mexico?

OneLove, I probably should defer to someone else to explain it because I'm not sure if I understand it and/or if I should believe any of what we've been fed.

Supposedly, Ron called Crystal and asked if he could take the kids on vacation to Mexico. At one point I believe we heard it was a CRUISE to Mexico, even. Then another time we heard it was a ruse to establish residency and gain temporary custody of the kids [possession is 9/10s of the law kind of thing]. Crystal said OK.

I'm pretty sure there are multiple links to the custody docs on w/s.

I don't know, onelove, about the "vacation". He allegedly went to texas (Lord knows where) and then said he was going to Mexico (drugs, who knows). Can we believe anything to be true in this case. Regardless, he never returned the kids to Crystal. He filed for custody and he had possession of them. Because Crystal did not file for child support on Ron with the courts or any other paperwork, the court assumed he was the custodial parent because he had physical custody at the time. Possession is 9/10ths of the law...the rest is history.

I guess I started rethinking the 'vacation' because I was remembering the Orlando kids who were used by their parents in drug dealing and were shot to death with their parents execution style along the interstate there. It seems odd that a young man with no visible means of legitimate support would take such young children on a 'vacation' to Texas/Mexico. Maybe his kids BECAME his means of support?

A 22 yr old male would never want to take a 6 month old and a barely 2 yr old on by himself. There is WAY more to the story. RC does not strike me as the type that wants to take on that kind of responsibility.

I too am very frustrated with this case Whisperer. I only hope that LE has plenty that they are keeping from us and that this investigation was not compromised in the beginning....

Ron..Where is HaLeigh?! I know that you know, LE knows that you know, most everyone knows that you know.....How long can you keep this charade up?
As frustrated as I am, I won't be 'going' anywhere until we have answers and I can assure you I am not alone..

......they also mentioned they were opening up a FOUNDATION FUND for donations to help pay for her services.

Things were looking very optimistic when Agent Joliceur took over in July. He was starting from scratch but ever since he insisted on talking to rc, things have taken a downturn. RC and his attorney said they would limit the "talk" to nothing but the phone calls that night. This was rc's first talk with LE since the 'wedding' when he told the media there is nothing to discuss because he knows nothing about what happened.

Unless they decide to try to get info from misty again after she turns 18 in three days, I am afraid we are looking at a 'cold case'.

.....the only thing we have learned since his taking over, is the amount of phone calls between rc and people that night and his attorney did admit there was a "big fight" at about 8:30pm that night between rc and misty.

LF..I know you know the real story about the work hours at PDM. So do others....some live in that city and know people that work there.

RC has never stated his work hours. He alluded to the fact he worked 8 hrs the night before. He told this to his pastor. LE alluded they are satisfied with 8 hrs of the time line, IIRC. We are still missing 4 hours.

We might get sick of posting and gossiping and bickering about it, but I can assure you all that there is not a LEO or a parent of an elementary school-age child in Putnam County who will EVER forget Haleigh. I promise.

There is too much land and water to search without a lead or some info from Misty or Ron (or a proxy).

Sorry to say but, Caylee was skeletonized and little rodents were taking her remains into their burrows. She may have been gone forever, never found if it wasn't for her skull.

There is little left of HaLeigh by now, so CoD, DNA or, any incriminating crime evidence is likely gone to connect anyone so it is safe to facilitate her discovery now. A Christmas surprise.

HaLeigh needs to be brought home and laid to rest in peace, with love and respect. She meant something to someone and should be remembered and not forgotten in nature.

Why did PDM find it necessary to hire security for a few days after they fired Ron Cummings?

......could it be they know he is violent? Hiring security to watch the TWO shift changes for awhile after rc was fired at PDM is extreme. This is another proof that people are afraid of rc and expect him to behave with violence.

It should be noted there are only two shifts and I have seen in print before that they are 7:00am to 3:30 and 3:30 to 12:00. PDM won't confirm.

Keep in mind that Shoemaker has reported to the media that rc's regular work hours are 5:00 to ? (never told us what the end time was).....has to make you wonder..
