So, I did not read through all the posts this afternoon, but I just want to clarify something --

When I said earlier LE had stated the last time Haleigh was seen was [7pm (as when RC went to work)], I didn't mean to suggest RC had something to do with her disappearance. I thought it had been clarified RC went to work at 7, thats why I backed up that time with that info.

My interest in LE stating the last time Haleigh was seen was 7pm was to point out the fact MC said she put her to bed at 8:30 AND saw her in bed when she went to bed at 10pm. SO, it's interesting LE STILL views her last time seen as 7pm. I would think if LE meant "seen by someone other than Misty", they would say that - not "last time seen"

No, LE would say "last time seen" and not mention Misty at all if they were asking for an independent source. It is not uncommon for them to want to identify anyone seeing Haleigh that evening. They may have noticed something else at the time.

Yellow Submarine...Welcome aboard!

Thoughtful Post...It has not been clarified when RC went to work. Some people say because his shift was 4:30 to 3:00 (some posters have checked the time) that he was at work at that time.

I say we don't know if he was there..those may have been his work hours, but we don't know if he went to work late or what the story is.

Maj. Bowling said he is satisfied with RC and his whereabouts during the 8 hr timelime. Ron told his pastor he worked an 8 hr shift came home and his daughter was gone.

You will have to interpret it your own way. I am saying it sounds like he worked 8 hrs, thus perhaps he went to work late (7:00pm)

So after everything today, no one can give me ONE piece of anything after almost six months that says Ronald is in any way is guilty of murdering/vanishing his child! I haven't read anything today that comes close to putting him at the scene during the time LE says she vanished and I haven't read anything which spells out there is just cause to believe he was involved.
Told you so. There is NOTHING. Ronald should be cleared!!! :hand:

LE has NEVER stated what time they think she vanished or where exactly the scene is that she vanished from, so we don't know.. if they know.. if Ron C was there or not...
And IMHO most everything that has occurred concerning his inconsistencies and his actions, as well as some others (and believe me that list is long) is just cause to believe he is involved.JMO

Not exactly. Teresa made that statement that she sent a family member over to check on the kids about a week after Haleigh disappeared. Wasn't until a few days later when asked who the family member was, she said "my mother." Then G/gma confirms it sometime after that. Who the heck calls their mother a "family member?"
Also, G/gma's stories don't add up. She claims she handed off the clothes to Misty on the front porch and didn't go inside, but later during the walk through, she claims Haleigh's toys are just like she left them that night. How would she know that if she never went inside?

The best way to resolve what was said is to post the link to the video or transcript of what was said. We have just about everything captured in the news in the Media thread as well as the Show Videos/Transcript thread.

YUP - "we don't know what LE knows."

Great! So you have proof he did something to his daughter instead of being at work like LE said he was!!

Once again, we don't know what happened to Haleigh or where or when it happened.
And neither do we know what time Ron C went into work that afternoon/evening, LE has not said.
I suspect if and when the truth is ever revealed we will learn he showed up at work at around 7:00pm. JMO

Anyone that posts what they heard should back it up with a link to stop the "I heard it this way". This is a "known" fact on WS, back it up with a link. I posted just to stop the "I heard it this way" or "I disagree".

Thank you Patty G, and I do appreciate and understand your reasoning on the subject.

Misty is the one who stated at first that Haleigh and Jr. were in the bed with her.. Ron C also stated this to be FACT..
I doubt the scent on those sheets or that blanket had Haleigh's scent on them..
Misty did alot of washing that night.

I'm thinking this was done purposely..
Since then Ron C and Misty have both changed their story as to where Haleigh was sleeping. Ron C and Misty mislead LE.. Imagine that
I am just as concerned about the evidence they lost on the ramp by tossing the blanket outside onto it. It showed total incompetence, IMO.

What is wrong with Misty washing stinky and dirty blankets when she noticed them? I am glad she didn't just take the blanket off the window and toss it on the bed as it would be full of dirt and dust. I don't consider this "alot" of washing. One load doesn't equate to "alot".

We have been over the bed thing a million times. Ronald didn't know where she was sleeping because he was at work. Misty was talking about being in the same room when she made the statement that both kids were sleeping with her, IMO.

It is MY opinion she did not contradict herself.

My response:

My response since I had just tried to explain WHY she didn't contradict herself.

(Which I will now add...IMO. However, it is clear to me that GGMS did not contradict herself in the video. She did go in the house to clean it and she did leave the toys where they were sitting at the time.)

IMHO.. It is clear to me she contradicted herself.

I guess it all boils down to you see it your way, and I see it mine.

I trust the TRUTH will be revealed sooner or later, hopefully sooner.

Simple solution for some is to not respond to a post in a rebuttal mode.

If you do, stating something is fact instead of your opinion be prepared to back it up with a link.

IF anyone gets tired of backing something up with a link that's been posted prior, save your links and just post instead of getting into a big 'push 'n' shove' marathon.

Thank you!

To be fair, please back up "No, she didn't" with a link so we can put this one to rest already.

She said she has dreaded the day when she would have to step foot inside the home. She went in to help straighten up the home from the way police left it after their search.

"The things that she played with the most are left out there right where they were. Her favorite stuff is there where she had it," Sykes said.

Though a painful task, she said she wants the home to look like the last time she saw Haleigh, at 7 p.m. before the night the child disappeared.

"They put their plates down and came and gave me a hug and a kiss. I gave Misty the clean clothes and she carried them in the house. Then, I left. I kissed her goodbye, and I left," Sykes said.

Thank you Patty G. It is nice to see that the linkage will be required all around.

Yes, they have. Busy posted it this afternoon. It has also been posted many, many other times. Their timeline is from 7:00pm - 3:00am. Ron was at work as verified by LE, his cell phone pings, and employees on the job site.

The crime committed is an abduction. Haleigh is gone.

I have read busy's links and I am a bit confused. I see it states he was seen during his shift. Can you give me the link that says LE knows he worked his entire shift and lists the hours? TIA. Because the way I read those links...it says he was seen during his shift.

There is no link where they give a direct answer on what time he arrived. You saw the link saying he was at work and the one stating they are satisfied that he was was at work during the 8 hour timeline LE has in question. You have seen the link Atherella posted showing the shift hours for PDA.
