By the apparent "injuries" IMO It was a slap fight. Go gurlz!!

I will have to go back and read the police report to get the exact words - but something to the effect of they were trying to get Misty to go with them and she did not want to go.

what was he protecting his wife from, concerned family? sorry I dont understand....did they threaten or assault her?? I missed that...tyia

Many times injuries aren't apparent, besides what gives RC the right to attempt to assault his brother-in-law?

When the other person in a fight leaves and is attempting to leave, the one goiing after the one leaving is the aggressor.

Who says the husband was protecting his wife?

When people come to your home close to 11pm and try to "take" your wife (as stated in an article yesterday), I would say that is defending your wife.

So Busy, you are taking the words, "They were trying to get Misty to come with them" as justification for assualt. You say Ron is just protecting his wife?

Furthermore you justify your position of his assault on Croslin using the words, "Ron was protecting his wife" as justifciation for the assualt.

I don't think I'm understanding your post Txlady. The post you quoted said "I think" and "IMO" but you state, in what I bolded above, that "the truth is Misty was the real cause of this fight". But by your own logic how could you really "know" unless you were there as you stated in response to the post you were quoting. I can think of many possible scenarios which would have brought them there for other reasons.

Not to mention GGS said she was sleeping. If they really were fighting, GGM just "went to bed"?? Possible, but if it was that bad, would she really go to bed?

Whether she called them as has been reported, or they called her, she is the reason they went there. They apparently thought she was in trouble and needed help. I don't know if she lied to them, to LE, to Ronald, or to who, but it is obvious her family thought she was in danger. Why else would they go there and try to take her with them? She had to have given them some reason to think that, don't you agree? So she is behind it whether purposely or unintentionally, is yet to be seen. That's all I meant.

Wow, I guess analyzing whether HC2 has minor or major injuries is more important to some then the FACT that Ron was arrested and charged with Burglary with Battery. He was violent. Period.

I don't buy that he was protecting his wife for one second either. I think it happened the way it makes most logical sense. Misty called her family for "help", she changed her mind after God knows what Ron said to her, the family showed up anyway out of fear for her safety, and Ron responds the way he usually does. With rage and violence.

I am entitled to my opinion, so there you have it.

Ceeker, it would be helpful if you lay out what happened or what you believe happened.

Badme, I couldn't have said it any better.

People? Her father, mother and brother. GMAB

bolded by me, truth is, we do NOT know what the cause of the fight was

As you said, we weren't there

Hank Jr also does not show visible injuries, not every fight ends up with facial injuries

Neck braces are reusable, and can be purchased

I seriously doubt that the Croslins had any intention of starting a fight, why is it so hard for anybody to believe that Misty gave them the impression she needed help, protection, whatever, and they came over there to aid their daughter/sister? Or that Ron was the first one to throw a punch?
I'm not much on conspiracy theories, so I am not buying that everybody is out to get poor Ronald or that they planned this to get him arrested. Did they give him a script before the fight started, telling him to reach inside the vehicle and keep punching HCJ?
I would think that hitting a person while they're seated behind a steering wheel could cause neck injuries. Doctors often advise a patient to wear one even when there are no signs of injury at first, as a precaution. I can tell you from experience that if the head is snapped back hard enough, you might not feel it right away... and later find that it did permanent damage. It is nothing to laugh or sneer about, it hurts!

When people come to your home close to 11pm and try to "take" your wife , I would say there was a reason.....jmo but then I wouldnt say they were just "people", they were family.....jmooc

So a brother who protects his sister is a hero, but a husband who protects his wife is a violent abusive man?

I know I didn't say what you just wrote and not sure how you would imply that from what I said. What I said was for some reason the mother/father/brother had concerns. You nor I know what those concerns were.

I'm content to sit back and let the SA, judge and court system deal with it.

It does make one wonder if she hasn't been seperated from her family. Please if your addressing my post how about stating what I really posted.

IMO RC should of just gotten Misty inside and called 911 when the Croslins showed up. I however do believe they showed up with the intent of taking Misty with them, I do not believe for a second they were there to rescue Misty at all. I also do not believe Tommy calmly approached RC, Tommys record speaks for itself there. IMO they are afraid Misty will talk when they are no longer around. JMO

Busy, are you admitting Misty is the key?

Can't quote your post but you have suggested that the Croslins may not want Misty talking...thus, their reason for wanting her to go with them.

Tommy's record speaks for itself, what does Ronald's say, Busy?

Misty talking is a good thing! Croslins talking is a good thing! PDM employees talking is a good thing!

Maybe I misunderstood your post you stated hero brother. I did not quote your post because I was not addressing your post alone. I was making a point of it being stated he was a hero brother - and others stating RC was violent and abusive. I believe if there was real fear of Misty's safety they would of called LE and not all three gone onto someones property to confront the situation, I believe they were there for an entirely differently reason.

I know I didn't say what you just wrote and not sure how you would imply that from what I said. What I said was for some reason the mother/father/brother had concerns. You nor I know what those concerns were.

That statement goes both ways. Ever think the same applies to RC...probably not.
