Not understanding why you think justice would be served if Ron got out early. He said he was ready to go to prison and he felt justice was served by taking the 15 yr term. So why deny him the justice he sought and got?

Hi there, I didn't say that iirc. However, IMO, I don't believe he sought a prison term, or that it's justice.

Well, if he is indeed granted the miracle he is hoping for, and thats early release, I have no doubts he will be back in on numerous violations of his parole. No way can he live without his guns, and he can never have them again, then we have to factor in hes a convicted druggie.... he will never ever be a freebird for long.

I cant believe that Teresa Neves sat there and told him how proud she is of him, I mean hes in prison! I have no doubts he has told her hes not really going to be in prison, but out on secret drug busting missions and he will come back and be at the prison every time she makes an appointment to see him, so people dont get suspicious! I do think he has played her a lot.

1st question: Do you know anything about Haleigh going Missing?
Answer from Misty: No, I don't know anything about her going missing.
computer screen: True (FWIW, I feel that Misty was answering the question as to her knowledge of what happened to Haleigh, and answered "no".)

2nd a series of questions about "when" Misty started freaking out or "when" she knew that Haleigh was missing: Misty's rambling answer covered her waking up, seeing the kitchen light, noticing the door opened, hurrying back to the bedroom to call Ron, noticing that Haleigh is missing............
The computer screen: Subject is not being truthful. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION REGARDING "WHEN" MISTY LEARNED THAT HALEIGH WAS MISSING. SHE WAS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ON "WHEN" SHE LEARNED WHAT SHE LEARNED ABOUT HALEIGH.

All righty then. This just strengthens my theory that Misty does not really know what happened to Haleigh. I dont think Misty was there either!

I think the 2 little ones were left home all alone. Ron left them there alone and went to work figuring Misty was going to be there to watch them. he was calling her all night remember? so he calls Tommy tommy goes over and no one there.

I think Misty staggered home just before Ron did and they both fond Haleigh gone and staged the entire thing.

What if Haleigh walked out of the house all by herself?

I've wondered if she went out after the children fell asleep and then returned to find HaLeigh missing. I think LE must know more than they say, I don't know how they could move past all the SOs in the area so quickly. I wonder if physical evidence could just mean proof she was awake when she said she was asleep?

That could very well be the way that Misty was enticed to go over to the MH that morning. Misty has related on the jail videos how Ron and his mother and grandmother would use the children to beg her to come back to Ron. It would not surprise me at all if she was told something had happened to Haleigh so she hurried right over.

Also when asked if Ronald had anything to do with this, she says shes not sure. Maybe she really does not know. But she knows deep down inside. This case is so bizarre.

I think if Misty knew anything she would say to get her behind out of jail but im sure ron has told her what she can and cant say.

Im sure one or two ppl in this epic tale know exactly what happend and they are trying to pin it all on Misty.. None of these cowards would ever own up to it and i dont believe we will ever know the truth.

but im happy they are behind bars for the drugs...

I still think we need trackingg divices put in our children i have them on my dogs so we can find them when they are lost why not our most precious possessions.

For some reason i remember reading ron made numerous calls to the house and to Mistys cell she didnt ans. Tommy said no one was home and i think he knew she wasnt there.

I think ron left the kids at the house with no one there went to work. Then he couldnt reach Misty and he calls and calls and calls she never ans him. Im sure her phone was off. He then calls Tommy to see if he knows where Miisty is he says no but he will go check the house. he goes there and says no one is home and its dark...
