For some reason i remember reading ron made numerous calls to the house and to Mistys cell she didnt ans. Tommy said no one was home and i think he knew she wasnt there.

I think ron left the kids at the house with no one there went to work. Then he couldnt reach Misty and he calls and calls and calls she never ans him. Im sure her phone was off. He then calls Tommy to see if he knows where Miisty is he says no but he will go check the house. he goes there and says no one is home and its dark...
actually, (and I'm not sure what the significance is), Ron, through his attorney, stated that he did not ask Tommy to check his house. He only asked if Misty was there with him...a version I never heard Tommy dispute. So, if Tommy went to Ron's, it looks like he did it for his own reasons. MOO

This is one of the things that has nagged at me the most. It seemed, IMO, that Ron understood the significance behind Tommy's proclamation, and wanted to distance himself from it. What should have been simply Tommy's get out of jail free card, actually had some truth to it? I don't get the tomatoes/tomatos aspect, but Ron going through his lawyer and Tommy backing down, is what convinced me that they both knew exactly what happened that night. And this is just MOO, but my interpretation is that Tommy had more to hide/lose. Tommy later came out with the JO story, which completely obliterated this earlier one, but LE did say they weren't so agreeable about disregarding Tommy's original time. MOO.

I cant believe that Teresa Neves sat there and told him how proud she is of him, I mean hes in prison! I have no doubts he has told her hes not really going to be in prison, but out on secret drug busting missions and he will come back and be at the prison every time she makes an appointment to see him, so people dont get suspicious! I do think he has played her a lot.

My grandsons' mom has been in jail all weekend, and there's been a lot I want to say to her, but that I'm not proud of her is not even on the list.

It was stated in the beginning that whoever picked HaLeigh from school that day went in the opposite direction of 202 Green Lane when they left the bus stop, so I wonder where this person took HaLeigh? I have said it from day one that I don't believe Misty was at the Mobile Home until later on in the evening after whatever happened to HaLeigh had happened. I personally believe that she was setup by the Cummings to take the rap for all of this. Ronald knows what happened to his daughter and Misty only knows what they have told her or want her to know. The Cummings set this girl up to look like a complete idiot in the eyes of the public and it wasn't hard to do. I doubt very seriously that she even knows what was done with HaLeigh. The Cummings are going to make sure she isn't found. Everybody wants to jump on the band wagon and point at Crystal and her family, but they are the only ones who volunteered to have LE come and search their property because they didn't have anything to hide, but on the other hand the Cummings never volunteered anything. The Cummings didn't even want to cooperate with LE when they asked them to come in and talk to them. What does that say for the Cummings? I remember Marie saying that she wished there was a glimmer of hope that HaLeigh was still out there alive and then she broke down into tears. She also stated to me that Crystal wants HaLeigh found and brought home but I got the impression Crystal doesn't want to know what happened because its tearing her apart inside. As a mother I can relate to that. My heart goes out to Crystal, Marie, Jr and family. This cannot be easy for them to have to deal with everyday and people have been so nasty to them. I also feel sorry for Misty because she never had much of a life to begin with and I honestly don't think she knows anything or she would have talked by now. In the last public jailhouse video we saw of Misty she stated to her father that she believe what Amber and Crystal had said about Ronald beating on them. She said that people ought to take a good look at Ronald and ask him why he was trying to commit suicide. I would say Misty was trying to tell it right there when she stated what she did. Is it possible the Misty has tried to tell LE who to look at without coming right out and ratting this person out completely? Why would Ronald try to commit suicide unless the guilt was more than he could bare?

I'm procrastinating working on my taxes. I found the Layered Voice Analysis with the view of the test conductor's computer screen during two of the questions he asked Misty.

1st question: Do you know anything about Haleigh going Missing?
Answer from Misty: No, I don't know anything about her going missing.
computer screen: True (FWIW, I feel that Misty was answering the question as to her knowledge of what happened to Haleigh, and answered "no".)

2nd a series of questions about "when" Misty started freaking out or "when" she knew that Haleigh was missing: Misty's rambling answer covered her waking up, seeing the kitchen light, noticing the door opened, hurrying back to the bedroom to call Ron, noticing that Haleigh is missing............
The computer screen: Subject is not being truthful. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION REGARDING "WHEN" MISTY LEARNED THAT HALEIGH WAS MISSING. SHE WAS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ON "WHEN" SHE LEARNED WHAT SHE LEARNED ABOUT HALEIGH.

All righty then. This just strengthens my theory that Misty does not really know what happened to Haleigh. It also strengthens my theory that her little story about being there, waking up, seeing the kitchen light, seeing the door open, rushing to call Ron, Haleigh gone, yada yada is a total lie and a part of the story she was given to relate.

Possibility exists that first report Greenwood gave about rc arriving home and woke up misty and told her Haleigh was missing may prove to be true.

RC could have awakened misty and told her the back door was "Wide Open", the light was on, and he doesn't know where his daughter is.. call 911. Misty may have just repeated all the things she just heard to 911 operator. In fact, misty started out saying "I" and changed it at the end of the sentence to "We/Our"

If rc called tommy looking for misty, you can bet he called many times and many people looking for her and wanting an answer.

If those words are ron cummings, you can be sure it is not the truth. Rc only tells truth when he knows what evidence LE has. LE doesn't have ron's words. The same thing when he called misty @ 8:30. Le had the time nailed and ron fills in the blanks.

Ron is a Serial Caller. He is known to call and bug people over and over and over. He doesn't just make one call when he doesn't get what he wants.

Does anyone have a link to the LVA results? I need to print them out to look at them.

I found the test and am reviewing. I will see if there is a thread for it and continue there. This girl app0ears to have several mental deficits going on. Her results looks like there are different personalities/dissociations involved..it is just weird. She certaily is fragmented.

I found only the video today of the LVA without the written questions and the written answers for the poly, did you find them? Can you share? Please? I know that I have seen all the questions with the written answers somewhere in the last two years, LOL.

OT: Today in my beautiful historic town a man was busted with 850 bags of heroin. He will probably get less years for his sentence than Misty did, go figure.

Misty was abusing drugs at the time. That could cause some fragmentation.

Most interesting to me about Misty: In all her interviews, and in all tests where she was allowed to verbalize (not limited to just yes/no answers) she gave the same story almsot verbatim: "I put Haleigh to bed at 8 o'clock, that's her bedtime, because she has school..." She goes into detail about the pee blankets, waking up 3 to notice the kitchen light on and the back door open, etc.

Misty told that story in full every time, even when all the details were not necessary to answer the question asked and even when a simple yes or no answer would have sufficed. This is a sign of a person speaking from memory rather than recall. Nothing about Misty's recitation is even close to the truth. Misty's story is either a lie to cover up what really happened or she is telling a made-up scenario to cover up that she was not even there that night. I go back and forth on which it is.

thank you, KRKRJX

In reviewing: When misty was asked if she knew how Haleigh went missing, she repied, "NO". Result was deception. Some posters thought it was opposite, not st.

BBM: I agree with this statement. I believe Misty has told LE about Ronald, and it fell on deaf ears. The big question is, WHY? If LE has been wanting Misty to talk, why would they not listen intently when she does? But, maybe they do listen, and do believe, but lack evidence to prove anything against him.

Still looking at the test results. No she has severe deficits. Her emotional base is odd to say the least. I don't see drugs as the issue with the tests. She behaved similiarly in the jail. Her congnitive functioning is just not there. She simply doesn't think or reason like other people.

Misty had a few conversations in jail that were different than her norm, IMO. Few and far between, but there were some. One I remember was when she was saying what Snowbunny posted above about asking Ronald about his odd behavior and suicide threats. Another was when she was complaining to her dad about why Ron would not answer the phone that night, saying that she had called and called, he didn't answer, she opened the door and he was standing right there! She clearly had questions about that incident and I believed everything she was saying because to me it sounded like she was reliving the incident in her mind as she spoke, and she was quite lucid in that conversation with her dad, IMO.

For the most part, though, Misty's mind wanders from subject to subject, even in mid-sentence sometimes. I believe that's her norm. She seems to have a very short attention span.

The answer here is pretty simple, according to the LVA. Misty Cummings knows exactly what happened to Haliegh. It appears urine was not on the blanket. Misty has a wild imagination with emphasis on wild. She is an extremely emotional person. This is odd because she anticipates almost nothing. Very strange. Having a too wild imagination, being highly emotional yet not having any anticipation is more than odd. This reeks of disassociative behavior.

It is highly possible that she is responsible for what happened to Haleigh, imo. I can see why She is a POI. I'm still reviewing the pages. This is a very strange result for a normal human being.

Yep, Krkrjx, you are correct. The guilt shows in talks she gave on TV. One, in particular, stands out. It was w/AH. She spoke about the 911 and said she called her mother...almost slipped but she caught herself and added, "Of course I called my mom AFTER the 911.

Misty was seeking out Polys. She wanted to get one where she would pass. This is a good example of how she thinks. She can't put the pieces together. She can't reason that this isn't working. She has absoluteily no abstract reasoning...nada.
