Well, I am mad, but it really does appear the State is not giving in to Ronalds demands and desires here.

Hes just prolonging the inevitable. I think the Judge should should say, great, we will drop the 25 year minimums, however, you are pleading guilty to the 15 that will NOT run concurrent and you will do 45 years!

Honestly I dont care if its 15 or 25 he gets on these drug charges. I hold onto hope he will be held accountable for what happened to his daughter, and he may get 15, but he will be serving it on death row. I am just happy he is locked up and not a danger to the public anymore.

Thanks KSH.

WHAT? Am I reading this correctly. Are we to assume that the State has already agreed to drop the two BIG charges and they want to play around with the other three that are left? Oh, this is too much!:furious:

Well, no wonder he looked so happy!! He was happy going in and happier going out. Guess the bragging rights are in order when he returns to his cell.

............NOW, I am getting really piffed!:furious: :banghead::banghead:

:drink:

Also, he was SMIRKING, SMILING, and looked like he was joking with Shoemaker. Why didn't (Mr. Shoemaker) impress upon him to at least look humble and respectful to the court?

Oh, so he split the charges up by doing this, thus delaying the court actions by confusing it. This buys him time because the attorney can say he needs time to reconsider, not on one but two different cases...what a 🤬🤬🤬..

The big charges are so clear on the tape. He even spreads the pills out in his hand (after he popped one or two).

I need to quickly get into my corner...don't worry I'm taking a beer with me. BBL.

i just bought a case, i am following you to the corner :)

OMG, is it 5:00 yet?? I just can't believe that a judge would keep moving the trial date if Ron is only going to plea based upon just the drug dealing. Surely, the judge thinks that Ron is going to give information about Haleigh..........I hope. This is getting totally ridiculous.:furious:

Don't tell me that...smoke is still blowing out of my ears. I don't want to implode!

Its down right sickening the way he shifts his weight, from side to side,,reminds me of all the vids and pics of him walkng and shuffling from side to side after we heard he was shooting drugs up in between his toes...

I am sure this judge is not considering anything about Haleigh. That is between rc and the State.

.........that crumbling piece of...ut oh..almost lost it!

Humble? Respectful?? Ronald??

I bet those humble and respectful looks were more evident from the DA and judge....towards their pet, Ronald. I bet it's killing them to keep up this pretense of him actually doing ANY prison time. I predict probation.

One of the links posted previously indicated that it was the SA who asked for the time to "iron out" the details of the plea agreement. In this photo (#9), the SA is standing right there and it seems reasonable to assume there was no objection from the SA.

Lets first hope the SA believes Ron will give up information about Haleigh, something concrete, something provable, something with results. Lets hope if not, there is zero deal ever.

Shoemaker has always said they wanted the two highest-minimum charges dropped. That would leave three charges that carry a minimum of 15 years. I expected the continuance. Yet, I am not as disappointed about it as I thought I would be. This problem over the plea deal hints that maybe the SA is not as much of a pushover as I was thinking, because he didn't just give in and let RC call the shots.

I will be disillusioned again if the accepted plea agreement is for nothing more than Ronald testifying against Misty. The SA does not need such testimony, so it is of no value whatsoever, IMO.

Nope, for me to continue having any respect for the SAs office, RC's plea agreement will have to include him offering something of value to the state.

BBM: I don't know krkrjx, my thought was the opposite of yours concerning the SA. It does appear to me that Ron is calling the shots and has been for quite a while. Just how many, absolute last date for plea dates are we going to see? The way this drug case is going for Ron he will be released at sentencing because of credit for time served....................:banghead::banghead:

he man/cub walks like a dufus. Needles inserted between his toes, in his neck, in his arms and we won't discuss his other favorite place for needles. I never recovered from DFS leaving Butterbean in Putnam County for an entire year with this pathetic group of pillbillies and now we have him smirking and smiling in the Courtroom for his trial.

Did he wear his gold jewelry with his prison blues today. I noticed it on his mugshot. They changed his picture on the mugshots and put up one from 2004. I guess rc gets to choose his best pose from all of his different arrests. What is going on in our correction centers? It used to be a current one with the arrest. The inmate didn't get to pick and choose.....:banghead:

Yeah, you're right. He thinks it's his Ganstar walk. I makes me sick.

Given the brevity of today's events, we're giving everyone a lot of leeway to express themselves. Please stop yourselves from bashing the players, however.

I know, it stinks! Where is the justice? Even if RC had nothing to do with Haleigh going missing, his drug history precedes itself and I think he should be held accountable for each and every charge!

Exactly. It is so unbelievably ridiculous, especially when we have seen him on tapes in action. So frustrating.

Remember when Ron REQUESTED to be moved into GP? Perhaps he is learning things there to "snitch" on others and is waiting it out to get info to plea. Who am I kidding? I don't understand ANYTHING anymore

Well, isn't that just fine and dandy! Teflon-Ron rides again, and GGS "wants what's best for RC." Did any of these folks ever care about what was best for HaLeigh? Poor little girl never had a chance :(

I've had to back away from this case out of sheer frustration over things like what happened today. I'm saddened to think that there might never be justice for HaLeigh. jmo

It is my humble opinion that RC is making a joke of the Florida Judicial System and his family made one of the courtroom this morning. I saw a judge STOP a trial here in Georgia because the defendants family had on cut-off jeans and tee-shirts. This judge said the family could be disrespectful of each other but they would not be disrespectful of his courtroom. Ronald's mom and gm have both been in enough courtrooms to know just exactly what they were doing today and did it anyway! Most judges have really long memories though and Ronald hasn't had his day in court yet. Here's to hoping!!
