So with this guy being charged with murder I think we can rule out car accident as I would have thought that charge would be manslaughter.
Whatever it may be, the family can now slowly move forward.

He is due to face the Ballarat Magistrates' Court this afternoon.

Mr Murphy said he was “relieved” progress had been made in light of Wednesday’s arrest.

He said police had cautioned him not to make any further comments about the investigation.

Urging the media to respect the privacy of his family, he added that they were doing OK and would talk when it was time to talk.

Detectives in an unmarked vehicle were seen at the Murphy residence about 1.45pm.
