Amber appeared to be ready for work in that video, but, MAYBE those are a actually her clothes from the night before.

We need her apartment address. Everyone MUST look at the map with the 4 locations I linked upthread.

JG, you are totally right about those 2 men in the video. I will screen them tonight. LE would not usually include innocents in a video like that.

I know I'm a few years behind but did you anyone ever give you Amber's residence? I was told she lived in Golf Colony at the time of this incident. A neighbor said she hears screams around 3:45 to 4:00pm on the day of her death and she reported it to the police when she found out about Amber's death. Golf Colony is located on Hwy 9 Little River and her neighbor said the maintenance man and his son were "bad news". Which highway camera was she located on? Was she actually traveling on Robert Edge FROM her apartment which would put her going East? Just a scenario. How about her ex-boyfriend - has anyone named him?

I've heard nothing about them getting a room that night. I've tried to find out if those were the clothes (leopard top) she wore the night before OR if maybe after doing her errands she went back to her apartment to get ready for work and was giving someone a ride on her way to work. Where her car was found there was only a couple of reasons she would be there and one of those was to take someone to that area (probably lived there).
If the last time she was seen was around 1:30 - 2:00 it would have taken her 15 to 20 minutes to get home and that gives her plenty of time to get ready for work and get there by 4:00pm. Wondergirl you are amazing and I'm partnering with you on this mission.
We have to get HCPD to bring this very solvable case to the public and if there is still a reward announce it and someone will talk. It's been 10 years for God's sake - DNA should be there so let's get it analyzed and tested to get THIS KILLER!

Her BF - actually her fiancee - was from Spain or Portugal and I believe he was overseas at the time

Twelve years later, a mother is still looking for answers to North Myrtle Beach-area cold case

Amber Berbiglia was found brutally beaten to death on May 3, 2013 in North Myrtle Beach. Twelve years later, investigators to pursue new leads in lieu of national media attention.

''An annual memorial service will take place at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 3, on Old Sanders Road at the intersection of Robert Edge Parkway. Robinson said the service is meant to honor her daughter’s life, but also welcomes any individuals burdened with lingering pain caused by a cold case.

“You need to come, we can support each other,” her mother said.

In 2013, Berbiglia, 23, studied costume design at Horry Georgetown Technical College and met her fiancee Jose Tolsa Soler while abroad in London, England. Her mother said it was a magical romance.

“They talked, they Skyped, he came here for her grandma’s 75th birthday, we had a big blow out. We had just gotten her wedding dress a couple weeks before. They had to do a lot of paperwork for her to move there,” Robinson said.

Over the years, Robinson said she has continuously asked the Horry County Police Department for updated information. She said she is frustrated with the lack of resources that seem to delay results.''

Community gathers for vigil honoring Amber Berbiglia, still seeking justice after 12 years​

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — On Saturday, community members gathered for call for justice.

It's been 12 years since Amber Berbiglia life was taken away from her family, and her case remains unsolved.

Her family and friends came together in North Myrtle Beach to host a vigil and her honor.


They lit candles honoring not only Amber, but also other victims of homicide, wanting to stand together with families who know that same pain.

A family-friend spoke with ABC 15 about why they remained committed to fighting for both truth and justice many years later.

We're all still here 12 years later waiting on an answer, and I just hope that God reveals it," said Karen Ritchie, a family-friend. "And whoever did this to her that these eyes right here is what they see every night when they try to close their eyes to rest. I hope they see that face right there.
