A missing person case from 2020 is considered a cold case in 2024 AND it was already closed with no resolution? That’s crazy. From the articles to date, it would appear someone is responsible for Casi’s disappearance. Unresolved MP or UP cases should not be closed, maybe paused but not closed. MOO
