Media outlets report that they were spotted in Georgetown, Kentucky around 2 p.m. on Friday.

Appears that they are trying to head to the family they have in ND. They are now looking in MN for them, as they believe they were recently in IA.

On Monday, Dakota and her parents were captured in surveillance images at a hospital in Iowa. Also shows they were at a gas station in Marshall, Minn. on Monday.

The BCA said the family “may still be in the state, possibly the metro area.”

The family has been traveling in a 1996 gold or beige Ford Aerostar van and may be frequently changing the license plate on the vehicle to avoid detection. They are believed to be sleeping the vehicle.

It is possible the parents may be begging or asking strangers for money.

On Thursday, the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office got a tip the couple was spotted near Decorah. A deputy stopped the pair and arrested the two on a variety of charges including theft and operating a non-registered vehicle. The pair is now awaiting extradition to South Carolina.

The girl was taken into protective custody.

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into the Bluffton residence where the Rays had been staying for several weeks.
“We’ll be determining whether additional charges should be filed against the people who had been harboring them (the Rays),” Marx said.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office also was assisted by the Winneshiek County Attorney’s Office.

Iowa woman arrested, accused of hiding missing toddler and parents from South Carolina in her home

WINNESHIEK COUNTY (KWWL) -
An Iowa woman is being charged with Accessory to a Felony after officials say she hid a missing toddler and the child's parents in her home.

56-year-old Tami Linne of Bluffton is facing the Aggravated Misdemeanor.

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says she "Willingly and knowingly harbored wanted felon William Ray and his missing family from South Carolina."

Authorities say William and Jessica Ray are both heavy meth users, they are accused of taking their 2-year-old daughter Dakota Ray.

The toddler was found and the parents were arrested just outside of Decorah last week.
