I am looking right now.....I don't know if it was Terry's interview with Peter Hyatt, which I am listening to right now...this is a long audio video. Unless it was in another recent video with Terry, I thought there was mention that SM should take a poly.
IMOO.

This is the audio video I am listening to right now, incase it is here....

I remember it from the interview as well; Peter Hyatt pleaded for one of the things SM could do was to take a polygraph.

I have a question for the locals. Does Georgetown and Myrtle Beach have separate police departments from Horry County's? The reason I ask is both these incidences happened outside of where they would have HCPD make the report.

Do you have a link to the article stating the PR was leaked? I do not remember reading that. We've seen a lot of PRs were they leaked too?

I am unclear why you are asking me, but I will answer best I can. I don't have the best recollection and given the day I am having, I will try. About five weeks ago, the PR was released with the names of entities and it should not have been released. Since then it has been called the unredacted PR or leaked PR. Topcat or myself didn't come up with the name leak. I believe the name leak came up because it is undetermined who gave it to the press. I remember a mod saying at one point that is no evidence it was LE, so we are not to say it was them. So, I don't have an article that says it was leaked because I couldn't find it if I tried, but I don't think they ever wrote something saying that either. I believe it was released and redacted and then it was hush hush. You could ask someone else. I wasn't the one who first said it. Maybe ask someone who did. You can check one of the beginning threads.

Yes, two different counties. Georgetown incident occurred in Georgetown County.

Thank you I just wonder if SM is staying away from the HCPD with his reports.

Myrtle Beach Police Reports are posted here.

Notice the list of missing persons? It says they have none? WTH? Of course they have some - Brittanee has not been found and neither has Heather.

Brittanee went missing from Myrtle Beach. How odd.

Not aimed at you PTF - just using your post cuz you have the link.

I guess I am confused. From what I remember this was talked about a thread of so back. One of the mods had spoken about it as well. I recall that the report was released with poor redaction that could be removed by anyone who could cut and paste it. It was released by HCPD to press with a shotty redaction. I did not know a report was just released without even an attempt to redact it? Is that what is being stated? Or am I reading it wrong? Sorry about your day, hope it gets better.

That really bothers me. I wonder however; Brittanee is listed as a NYS missing person. I wonder if it goes by missing persons and where they are from. But considering MBPD is lead LE on her case it feels they are just trying to forget about her. If I were DD I would be in their face night and day ha,ha

I either don't understand or am explaining it wrong. I am not the best person to even be addressing this as I was not on WS when it happened. I knew about HE being missing. When I came on here the words leaked and redacted were already discussed.

I guess I should add, that we don't know how they information got released. We all have theories. I have read many on here and i am sure there are many others. It is difficult because we don't know. The bottom line is, the pR with the names was not given to the press, which is believe was why the word leak was started in the beginning. I could be wrong.

The person filing the report could have a copy and release it to the media.

Just curious. If OMM or OMW were to register here under their real email address, would they be considered a verified insider? Would they be allowed to answer questions?

Just curious.

hahahaaaa I wish they (she, ha!) would!!!

Gotcha if it was it was taken down quicker then I was on the computer...which is only at night after work ha,ha.

They would only be considered VI's if they got verified. And yes, they could answer any question they chose to answer and ignore any question they didn't want to answer.

And NO - they could not be sleuthed. It is a MAJOR TOS violation to sleuth another member, refer to them by their real life name, or try to out them as someone from somewhere else. So... there would be no sleuthing.

FWIW,,,I was just joking:seeya:

IMO, these latest incidents are creating a setting for something bigger to come. Some sort of "justified (re)action" that will involve firearms. Call it a plan if you will. Just the feeling I am getting.

Things typically happen in threes. And, we"re on number two.

[modsnip]

LE has sated that SS took one and many others, not confirming who. In many investigations they don't tell the families what is going on. In one interview TE said he speaks to LE daily and then LE gave me the impression that is not true at all. Personally, it is possible that TE doesn't know what has happen during the time SM has been in the police station and he is making assumptions like the rest of us. I say this based on the comments Det Squiires made in his interviews about how things have got out of hand on social media. So, I don't think he would know. But, just my opinion.

~Respectfully snipped~

Is there a link that says SM has not taken a poly? I don't remember seeing that. I remember the Sheriff saying several polys have been given and declining to name anyone.

If you have a link, please provide it, otherwise the conversation will be removed.

Thanks,

Salem
What if it comes straight from OMW? I think the rules are that its okay to mention a page as long as we dont copy/paste?
ETA: Let me know if I can explain further.

That is only a portion of the rules. It is true that you cannot copy/paste from social media accounts. BUT... Websleuths only allows certain social media accounts to be linked. They must be directly related to the case and they do not include the social media accounts of anyone that has NOT been named a POI/suspect by LE. In addition, Websleuths may revoke the privilege of linking to social media when it is in the best interest of the case, as determined by Websleuths staff. That rarely happens, but it did happen in this case, because there was too much unconfirmed information.

Hope that helps,

Salem
