Past phone records from HE would be a big help. Not just the records we've heard about on and around the 17th and 18th.

For that matter, on the 17th, we know she picked up mail at her parents house (time? I don't recall if it was stated) and her date picked her up at 7 PM. After those events, nothing else that I can recall.

So for the 24 hour period preceding her disappearance we really haven't been provided anything. I believe I read that while picked up mail at her parents house, her parents didn't see her. How was this known? Her sister? Or maybe she had a key and let herself in. I don't remember if we know what time.

Would it make any difference? Maybe not. I have to think LE has tried to trace her movements for 24 hours back and farther. But we don't know it. And I wonder how much LE has been able to determine.

I had thought about the phone records for at least the 30 days prior to determine who she communicated with, but I had not thought of the pattern of use. THAT could really be informative!

What patterns were there in terms of call times, length, and frequency. Incoming vs. outgoing. Text vs. voice. Known vs. unknown numbers.

All of this would be a huge help to determine HE's phone habits.

What about calls/text messages during the date? Nothing was ever mentioned about that so far. You can't tell me that there were none. I get calls and texts all times of the day and night no matter what I am doing. And, typically reply back right away.

Another unknown by all of us is what HE would typically do when she got off of work. Would she go directly home and go straight to bed or would she go home and go out again?

I know when I worked 2nd and 3rd shifts, I would go straight to a friend's house after work or hit a bar with some coworkers or go straight home and straight to bed. Speaking to her close friends and roomate(s) could answer this simple question and shed some light on things.

I'm also still having a hard time understanding the timeline on the 17th from the time the "Date" says he dropped HE off. There are discrepancies IMO.

1. If Date dropped HE off between 2-2:30AM then, how did HE post on Tumblr at 1:53:05? Tumblr posts are not included of @CarolinaAsh's timeline even though it is fact. ?
2. How long and when exactly did HE talk to BW? Originally, it was known as 1:44AM on 12/18. Then it is published as "around 2AM". Whatever, close enough. But, how long was the call? And from that call, what was HE's demeanor? Some say happy.
3. Based on the current info (or lack thereof) from LE, it seems (IMO) that we (the public) are only hearing the times that they want us to hear. Info on ping times and locations are not specific!

So, while HE was talking to BW on the phone, what was the conversation about? And again, how long was the call? If HE spoke to BW from 1:44AM until 1:53AM, would 9 minutes be long enough to discuss the date in full detail? What do some of the past call lengths look like between HE and BW?

It's certainly possible that HE was posting on Tumblr while talking to BW. The first post is fun and friendly in nature but, the 9 subsequent posts are introspective and speak of relationships. And, since there are so many back to back posts with similar sentiments, I think she was blasting out the feelings she had at that exact moment in time. Typically, there would be some lull in time before posting something IMO. HE was making a statement, IMHO. Which is why I keep asking myself the question, "How could HE have a happy conversation then post 9 times in a row with feelings of love and despair all within a 25 minute time span? Then... disappear?"

ok... so the tumblr posts and phone call to roomate were both BEFORE 2a.m.?.... and in phone call to her roommate she was "upset" right? So she would have had to have talked to whoever upset her BEFORE she talked to her roommate right? It makes no sense to me that a phone call and conversation of that nature would occur while she is still on a date....she was supposedly dropped off between 2 and 3:30 riiiight?

AshleyZ86 posted them. I believe a search of her posts would find them. Not a bad idea to collect them all in one place and perhaps add them to the media page or at least in one location for review? Just a thought. I'll see if I can find the URLs.... (Unless one of y'all find them 1st )

I feel like this may have been posted but with so many threads and so little time I'm hoping someone can send a link or provide an answer...was it abnormal for HE to be at Peachtree Landing? Was this a place she had frequented?

I keep thinking I've read yes and no (surprise, surprise)

If not, or I guess even if so, I would think it to be a good idea to check if anyone associated with her lives, has lived, or owns property close to that location.

Also, in general, when it comes to dumping a body, I would think different people or certain people are more inclined to dump in different ways or in different areas based on things like their profession, hobbies, localization and etc.

As a single woman, who occasionally dates more than one man here and there, I can say that one man will not be privy to information about another that I date or dated. As for state of mind, it was a first date, how would he even know to compare her state of mind to ....what?
I just think unless he were a very close friend, he wouldn't have any answers anyway. IMO

I think you would notice a change..ie Teleka Patrick case. The date would notice if HE became a little distant (as if something was on her mind) or maybe a change that caused the date to end (maybe prematurely). We don't know if she was receiving calls/texts during the date as this info was not released or verified as far as I know. The date probably was familiar with her in a different setting or social circle as I don't think it was the first time he met her. jmo

It's very possible that she could of already had plans when the date was over. Maybe she made the plans a few days before or something she had been doing.

She had a pretty long date with this young man. I have no idea how old he is, but assuming he's also around her age, it's not far fetched to assume they both had their phones out at some point during the night. Also not far fetched to assume she used the bathroom at least once or twice. I've been on dates within the last few years, and have checked my phone in the bathroom while on dates, and even texted back, etc. Even with other people I'd just gone out with, etc. I think it's entirely possible she was carrying on at least some kind of text conversation with someone while on the date and STILL had fun with this young man. Young people these days are always on their phones, even if it is rude to do on a date . All my opinion!!!

Verified: Heather Elvis has been missing since - umm - Tuesday, no I meant, Wednesday, December 17th - umm - no, I meant, December 18th. Yes, Wednesday, the 18th (based on hearsay as we've not seen any supporting data).

Verified: HE's car was noticed parked at PTL on Monday - umm - no, sorry must have been a mistake - umm, nevermind we don't know for sure. But, it was discovered at PTL late in the day, umm, I think - on Thursday, December 19th. Yes, Thursday, the 19th.

Every detail is like pulling teeth. We know Heather is missing and that her car was found at PTL on December 19th.

We don't even know the last time she was at work. Some thought Sunday, I heard Tuesday, etc.
One (that be me) would think someone would be interested in narrowing down the most specific timeline possible as to her comings and goings leading up to her date.
I'd like to know if they drank a lot, if HE was high when she got home.
If she was 'happy' she may have been prone to wallow over emotional problems involving bfs when she turned 'sad'. Still, if her date went so well, why?
Maybe because you can't immediately go to cuddle mode with someone you just met?
Cuddling doesn't really match one of her other known options either.
Would it fit with another option that may have been available though?

After a successful date, why not fall into bed and go to sleep?
One reason is if someone was bugging you, true.
Was life always chaotic/dramatic like that or did something unique happen on December 17th that caused additional or renewed confusion?

Did her mom see her when HE picked her mail up on Tuesday prior to going on her date? Did HE share with her mom lots of info about her upcoming date?
Did she speak to her mom after her date ended because of her excitement earlier?

So many questions due to info that was put out in the beginning but just seemed to disappear. No confirmations or answers given.

Who contacted HE during or after her date? Was she contacted or did she?

From the little verified info I know (info with no facts attached - verifiable by phone data and possible other means that I haven't seen), there seems to be one logical scenario if the people/person involved are murderers despite the other situations going on in their lives.
I mean, is whoever nuts enough to trade salvageable parts of their life/lives in for life in prison? :dunno:

Or is someone watching this whole case play out (well, not play out as it hasn't yet) while sitting back thinking they have everyone fooled who is following this case including LE?

Those are really great questions and the answers to a lot of them have been exposed . That is the problem here,imo. Like someone has said before "it's like trying to put toothpaste back in the tube". So discussing them (the "theoretical" scenarios) is a head banger for sure....just saying

Yes, that was my question. I managed to find a census report for SC . According to the report, 21.6 % of the population do not have an internet access, and 13.5 % only have access at work. Of the 21.6 % without internet access ...36% are 65 or older, 25 % are black or hispanic , 26.3 % are unemployed, 35.6 % have income less than $25,000. ( i believe those % are based on the National % ) and of course, there is the homeless population.

I was interested in this information, because I was wondering how many people in the Socastee area or the MB area within 10 miles of HE's condo, did not have internet access . How many people have not seen or heard about the info in the unredacted police report or the " information " being released on FB ?

Sorry, but I am still hung up on myhorrynews being the only media to release the police report..and the unredacted information only being discuseed in SM.
I am certain myhorrynews.com was chosen to reach a specific area of its circulation . I can't help but wonder what % of the population within a 20 mile radius of HE's condo, either do not have internet and have never heard of myhorrynews and the only knowledge they have of the case is what they read on the flyers .

They don't have her phone, so they are getting info from her phone records. If unnamed entity called or texted her, it wouldn't show who the text was from, just that a text came in. If she simply texted unnamed entity, unnamed entity could say they were sleeping and didn't get any texts until the next morning. But if it was a phone call from HE for at least 2 minutes, they would know who she called and that there was someone on the other end who she actually talked to.

Which leads to my next thought. She seems like a girl that treated her phone like an appendage. If you look at the stick-shift driving pic, she won't even part with the phone while she's learning to drive, it's right in her lap. After she talks to unnamed entity and leaves her house, her phone goes dead.

How TE has held himself back thus far is beyond me.
